According to the local Fox News in Boston, two men have been arrested in Boston after threatening violence to attendees of the Pokemon World Championships, which was held in Boston.

According to the BPD, the police found out about this threat over social media and proceeded to arrest the two men before they entered the championship.

After obtaining a search warrant for their car, the BPD found a 12-gauge shotgun and an AR-15 in the trunk of the vehicle. There were also several hundred rounds of ammunition. Neither of the firearms was registered.
