Well, books by Christopher Paolini are good, and so are Rick Riordan's.

I read mostly fantasy books.

They're mostly in German and by "Wolfgang Hohlbein"

I also really liked books by Robert Ludlum (My dad has a collection for those.)

Favorite book(s): The "Magic Moon" triology (there's an extra book now as well :D) and "The Neverending Story"

The books I read are mainly sci-fi/fantasy/dark fantasy and Sword and Sorcery books.
My favorite author is Michael Moorcock, author of the Elric Saga.
As for other books, I enjoy reading books on philosophy, psychology, and mythology.
I am currently reading "Myths on the Origin of Fire" and when finished, I will begin the Earl Aubec Anthology by Micheal Moorcock.

I'm reading a book called Anthem by Ayn Rand for my Honors English class. It's pretty interesting so far.

Knowing what Rand writes, I would have to say that Anthem is the greatest of her works. Atlas Shrugged is acclaimed to be great, but it is the most boring book anyone will ever read. Boring would actually be an understatement.

I'm currently reading The Last Symbol by Dan Brown.

Dan Brown is a master at making thrillers. :)

So you must be from Germany, right ?
As far as I know Das Schwarze Auge is one of the most popular (if not the) tabletop rpg there.
Are there any books which action takes place in Aventuria ?

I like books/novels when they are read to me. I seriously do not like reading. And the only time I grasp a story and get interested in it is when it is read to me. I had a teacher in 7th grade that read the class four novels, ones I actually liked but would have never read if I was reading it. I have ADHD so maybe I have trouble concentrating on a book, but for the life of me I can't seem to read novles. ( I can read little books, but not novels.) I don't really know why, I guess I'm just weird...

I stopped reading books for fun when I got into college because I'm doing so many music related stuff. :P Oh, but in high school I read lots of books. I read Fahrenheit 451 which is a very interesting story. I also read the His Dark Material series by Philip Pullman. It's the series that the Golden Compass is in. The book is amazing!! I highly recommend anyone to read it. :)
I've read some young adult horror stories by R.L Stein as well. The author tries too hard to appeal to a modern teenager, but the story itself is pretty good and it's actually scary. xD I honestly can't recall any other books I've read. O.o Sorry...I only know music stuff now. >.< Maybe when I finish college I'll get back to reading books.

I rarely read books for fun, if I do it's probably a Sci-Fi, the Bible or some history book of some sorts.
