Does it really matter at all? Gameplay for the games that were shown wasn't ready on the Wii U yet. They couldn't show that gameplay, give them a break.

Not really a fail but maybe it would have been better to show the third party footage they have running on the Wii U.

And you're shocked by this how? They even said that the games will look twice as good as the 360 games, so they might have just put the games in as demonstrations anyways.

This is not a fail whatsoever. The devs haven't had the kits for very long, so expecting good-looking gameplay footage of a lot of those games would be madness.

People are overreacting. We'll see real footage of these games so enough.

I wouldn't consider this a fail. In fact I was glad about this as it means that the actual Wii U versions of the games will look a lot better.

Do you guys really care if they show oth console gameplay? Like the Wii U isn't planned to come out for another year! Do you really think third party publishers really had enough time to crank out enough of a full game to display? Now, let's get serious. That trailer wasnt to show how powerful, or how good the new console games look, it was to show what games were coming to the Wii u. It's different, not a mistake

To add to that as well, the games don't start to look their best until near the end of the console's life, since by then publishers know how to work with the hardware and have the technology to pump up the graphics a lot.
