Anyways, on topic, I don't think we'll need this. A Chatbox comes with lots of spam, and a chatbox isn't easy to moderate. If you want to chat, you should ask people their MSN, Yahoo, AIM or some other chatprogram.

It works perfectly well on the 3DS forums, so why not here?

Well, I'm not on the 3DS forums, but I can tell it doesn't go well on most forums.

On another, very small, forum I go to, they used to have a chatbox. It was at the bottom of every page. The problem? No one used the forum :s

Actually, it's probably better if we keep discussions for different suggestions separate. That way, we minimize the risk of letting an idea get buried and ignored.

Now, back to topic, I was planning to add a chatbox here in the future. The one on David's 3DS Forums works rather well, I'd say; but it seems that a lot of you have had less-than-great experiences with them in the past. In any case, I don't think the forum is big and active enough yet to warrant one. How would you feel if I did add it, though?

Well, this forum is already larger than the one I go on (Especially because right now is one of the many 'Dead Periods'), so I think a chatbox would be fine.

Well, there's nothing wrong with giving the chatbox a try. If it doesn't work, I'll get rid of it. I'll look into adding one in the next day or two, and we'll see how it goes.
