Mark Rein said a lot of nice things about the Wii U. He also mentioned that he has played Batman: Arkham City on the platform, and the game supposedly makes “fantastic use of the touch controller”. There was no further explanation beyond that (although the obvious usage would relate to the gadgets that Batman has at his disposal), but it was confirmed the game will not be a straight port of the other versions. As to what this means specifically, it’s hard to say, but Rocksteady seems to be taking this version of the game seriously.
We can only hope the other developers treat with the Wii U (and the gaming community) with a similar level of respect.
