In the Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion, I managed to walk through a closed door into the inner workings of a building, when nothing was there, It looked as if I was just walking on an empty hill.
In worms (the first one for the DS) I jumped (as you do) and fell through the floor...

pokemon yellow- played it so much it stoped saving *crys* i could only do it once, so i saved it for the e4,and i never turned my gameboy off just so i wouldnt lose the save
