We'll see later today if it's coming to the Wii U as well, but 1:39:35 pretty much shows the trade mark colored Xbox buttons. It's defiantly an Xbox 360 game, curious that they didn't say what console(s) this new IP is going to though. Makes me wonder if they just didn't want to say coming to PS3, Xbox and Wii U? Who knows, maybe it will be clear later today.
And The Last Of Us look good, this looks leagues better. Amazing detail, Ubisoft knows how to make a game look good.

The right stick is lower than the buttons and the buttons are colored the exact same way as a 360's controller.

I just noticed that on the nintendo show 3d on my 3ds they were summarizing the show by having the host in front of various game booths. Eg scribblenauts, mass effect 3. I noticed that she posed in front of the watch dogs poster. it was the only one that want a confirmed nintendo title. Could it mean that they accidentally let that cat out of the bag?

I think Ubisoft later came out and said it was not a 360 or ps3 controller, but a PC gamepad controller of some kind, and it was confirmed to be running on PC.

It's an Xbox controller, but interesting since they said the demo was on PS3.
