According to Eurogamer, the PC version is rendering in real-time that scene on the first set of screenshots while the PS3 and 360 versions are FMVs.

They don't know if the WIi U is rendering it in real-time or not but you can clearly see that the Wii U version has better textures as well as slightly different lighting. Either the developer used the WIi U's optical disc memory efficiently to record the FMV or the Wii U is indeed rendering it in real time. If that is in real time, then the WIi U version would resemble the PC version more minus the resolution.

The second set of pictures is apparent that the 360/PS3 look blurrier than the PC max out 1080p DirectX 11 version.

The Wii U has some noticeable differences like that giant zeppelin hovering around that tower plus the "Medical Center" banners hanging on that same tower. Again, the lighting is different, particle are different and it appears that also the WIi U version has motion blur.

It appears that this is not a simple port which is good, but still they updated a current gen game slightly which is what I think we will see on Wii U's launch.

This by no means, truly represents what the Wii U is capable of.
