Well I was watching vids on YouTube when I stumbled upon the wii u game pad virtual tour. Around time 2:49 it shows the accessory connector on the bottom while the ac adaptor is on the top. I'm not crazy as its clearly labeled.
Edit: thanks

Possibly the perfect demonstration/tutorial voice in my opinion.

Oh wow, I didn't know there was an extended version of this! Thanks! :)

Hi, my name is Alph. I live on a planet named Koppai. I am famous for saving my planet from starvation. My best friends are Brittany and Captain Olimar, NOT Captain Charlie. I like surfing the KopNet and playing Kopetball.

What kind of connectors do you you think will connect, I mean the eii was obvious but this controller doesn't need nun chucks or classic controllers...

I think they are already thinking about a third smaller screen that you could plug on the Wiimotes, I think

Yes but maybe some wireless stuff and maybe you can use the gamepad and the wireless acessory at the same time. Maybe thry will make a wireless keyboard and mouse too for using the Wii U browser.

millions of possibilities!
another post talked about the old controller sticks for fighting games, this could be one of those things to get attached onto the gamepad
as for a keyboard, nah, unless you can attach a normal keyboard to it, as i would never want to buy just a keyboard, that’s accessory overload!

lol a third screen.
On a serious note - how about a piece of hardware plus more battery power etc. so you can play some of the classic games (or any low demanding games) you have bought on it.

Thats not something that'd interest me, but there are a few who seem to want this sort of thing.

It was confirmed last year.
The video is a longer version of the e3 2012 on stage version.
