I plan to sell my 360 with a ton of games and 3 controllers and put the money towards the wii u maybe a week or 2 before the system comes out. Is anyone else planning on doing something like this?

lol i asked this guy a couple months back what a 360 elite in good condition with a 250 gb hardrive would give me for trade in money, and he said 50 dollars with a straight face. i was like o..... lolYou "Hi id like to trade in my wii"

I was gonna sell my Wii.
At first I was like "Maybe they won't take it because I hacked it."
And then I was like "Woah hold the phones! I hacked it, UNLIMITED GAMES!"
But that's kinda hard to do because Australian internet sucks nuggets man.

I'm gonna hold off on it till christmas. It's just an extra month. Plus it gives more time for more games in the launch window to come out

I'd trade my Wii...but I modded it and have over 125 games. Gonna hold onto it. The Wii will have a low resell price forever since so many are out there.

Yea my 360 is modded and i have like 100 games but, I am selling it on craigslist. Gamestop is a joke when it comes to trading anything in. Craigslist is WAYYYYY better

I'm holding in to all my consoles and games. I typically don't trade or sell games. I do sometimes trade or sell a console to get the new successor by the same company. That said living in the UK and having a US Wii means its going to be tough to sell or trade here. Besides if I get a UK Wii U then I will need to hold on to my Wii to play my Wii and US GameCube games, not that I really play my GameCube games anymore.

Same here.Man I've never sold an old system...I still have my NES, SNES, Gamecube, Gameboy Pocket and Gameboy Advance (to go along with my current stuff) lol.
It's not like i have money cus i'm usually broke but when i need money for something i want everything just works out on it's own.

I guess having traded in my DSI XL and PSP last year to start stocking credit count...as I have $900 at Gamestop currently. Not sure if it's going to the Wii U, but if it does, those are the systems I parted with. I'm considering my Wii, but if Gamestop is only going to give $15 or $20 for it, Wii them I'll keep it. If they offer like $75 toward the purchase off the Wii U, I'll have to seriously consider it. I do have a handful of virtual console games I'd hate to lose...although I heard they're transferable?
