bump

I really hope this happens soon, I never completed the second one but I just picked it up and started playing it again. The Wii U needs a full HD exclusive sci fi shooter (besides Metroid).

Kinda old news but it is still news

conduit and conduit 2, good graphics for wii, poor controls(2), 1 was good for its time. conduit 1 had a great campain, conduit 2 just took it and bashed it on the ground. but boths multy played like halo. playing halo 4 very quickly reminded me of conduit games, and viceversa. id say yes because it brings a good shooter with alot of potential to the wiiU, but i think a different developer should co-develop/buy the franchise. MP gameplay had a okay setup on the first one, but needed less freecontrol as everything became nonstop the same thing over and over(kinda like non-stop RPG only on nuketown in cod). weapon pickup needed map spacific, more guns spread througout, not same setup on each map. also needed basic class system, not allout, keep the pickups and similar cant balance this kind of game with a class setup. conduit 2 improved on maps somewhat, actualy included a sniperrifle. the power control points needed to be in spacific modes, not in everything.

conduit 3 could add alot, new guns/maps/places, adn they can be very creative as well. add vehicals to some maps, ect.
would get a better weapon/map balance team.

Sure, as long as it keeps 2's direction. Loved the tounge in cheekness of the whole deal, as opposed to 1 trying to take itself way too seriously.

Plus, totally got to see how space marine lincoln and washington kick butt.

What ever happened to that 3DS Conduit game that was in development? I don't recall hearing of it being cancelled.

This statement is false. The previous statement is true.

RIP in peace Nintendo.

HVS needs a publisher for it, although I'm not sure if it's near complete or just on the backburner.

Also, Conduit has potential. It was like playing an old school multiplayer shooter.

Trophy Cards are classy too! LOLZIGZAGOON

I don't think it was ever officially in development. Just a side project some of the devs were working on. Looks like it never got approval to be an actual game.

Isn't High Voltage pretty much dead since I know they don't have a publisher anymore I think.

Nintendo could publish it! Like they've done with bayonetta and wonderful 101.

I and my significant other (she went by the in-game name Toezer) played both Conduit titles extensively, so, while I have some deep gripes about High Voltage's habit of shooting themselves in the foot via sloppy programming and game design, there are some core gameplay elements that I have enjoyed. Last time I checked, High Voltage was doing Dora the Explorer Kinect games. A member of their development team did promise to make an important announcement over at the gamefaqs forums in December, but it never happened, which should be taken as a sign that there is simply nothing to report on the Conduit front.

So, in theory, yes, I want a Conduit 3. In reality, I have little faith that High Voltage will suddenly be up to the task of making a well rounded Wii-U shooter exclusive.
