The cape is my favorite power up too. I don't know what possessed them never to bring it back except for Yoshi's Island. We need that cape back ASAP.new super mario world?It needs cape to have that name!! cape is my favorite mario power up

Nothing's better than flying through the entire damn level with a cape. Or even find super hidden exits with it... (I'm looking at you, Donut Plains Ghost House)

If they are ever going to revive the cape or make something similar to the epic that was Mario World... it would be on the Wii U. Or is this just sweet nostalgic dreaming?

Like I said, Bros. U was the perfect oppurtunity to revive the World series.

It's a shame it won't be, I'm still hoping for a future title though. I just hope if it ever comes, it's more of an inspired creation as opposed to a recreation.

I wasn't very excited about this game when I first heard of it considering all the Mario games that launched for the 3DS already. Now that I see that it looks a lot like Super Mario World I really want to play it! I just hope it doesn't disappoint... we have gotten a lot of Mario Bros lately.
