I think I'll get this game when it's released (1 July over here in Europe). I haven't played a Resident Evil game before, but this one looks fun and it has some of the best graphics we've seen on the 3DS so far. I'm also looking forward to the Revelations demo that's included. If that's good, then Revelations could become my second Resident Evil game.

Im actually starting to wonder if this game is going ti have a good story with an actual plot. It seems they have all the characters from all of the resident evil games. Seems like the only story element I've seen so far is "time is running out" or something like that.do you guys know anything about a plot line?

Mercenaries doesn't have a plot like the other games in the series do. Instead, you have to kill as many enemies as you can within a time limit. I think you can also unlock more time through combo attacks, but I could be wrong there. It's more for people who like trying to beat their highscores than people who want a gripping plot.

There is no story. Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D combines the "mercenaries" mini-games from the last two games into one. It features most of the characters from the universe and puts them into levels from Resident Evil 4 and 5. A story-oriented Resident Evil: Revelations (which the demo will be packaged with Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D) will be coming out for the 3DS next year.

I might get the game, I'm not sure I care about a story driven game after all, the first game I got was super street fighter IV.

I'll just see what kind of reviews it gets when it comes out.

I picked this game up earlier today and I've currently spent about 30 minutes on it. The main game is fun and it looks great, although I don't see it lasting me for that long; There don't seem to be too many missions. As for the Revelations demo, it's very short, but it does give you an idea of what to expect in the game. If you're thinking of just buying this game for the demo, then you'll be disappointed; It only lasts a few minutes.

Is it any good? Looks very repetitive on the videos but thats not the same as playing it. Sometimes games play better than they look.
