Has it got ONLY American-type sports and channels?
Or is it just in development.
Because when I look at demos of TVii,
In sports it only sais American sports like baseball.
No soccer in there? (Or football in my case)
Please reply, I must know!

Don't know

Pokedex entry: Mewtwo: The butt pokemon. It is really sexy and any pokemon that sees it wants to have sex with it. It's power comes from it's butt.

In Europe it's called Nintendo TV I believe.
You can search for stuff. You don't have to be an American, the services are just there and it's important to the hipsters there in America is all.

It looks pointless, the only way you can use it is if you have a subscription to something.

If the service is available in your region, all Nintendo tvii does is link your Netflix, Hulu, cable service, etc. to one place for you to choose what you want to watch in one central location.

Can we view shows on the tablet controller?

For the most part, but that's not what I meant.
I was referring to the advertising focus.

I know it would be pretty cool watching Spongebob while I'm shaving.

So long as it's not a show you're watching on your Cable box or TiVo box, yes.

According to Nintendo President Iwata, there is a very strong possibility that Nintendo TVii will also be available in Europe and Japan. Here's the link--

This is one of my most anticipated features on the wii-u! Although I live in Canada, and I am a huge NHL and NFL fan, so I am hoping that all the features work with my cable provider, and it supports both NFL and NHL. I am very excited to try this out!

I was looking forward to it until I read somewhere (not sure if true) that it only works with TIVO...seriously with all of us in America who either have Comcast or DirecTV DVRS, and it only works with TIVO? C'mon now.
