Which way will your Wii U lay?

I pre-order the Deluxe so it will come with the little feet to stand it up. But i still dont know if i will lay it down or sit it up.

I just want to know your guys/girls thought on which way your wii u will lay.

Honestly I was going to leave it horizontal, but when I saw that incredibly sleek black wii u standing upright, I was so hyped! I left my wii horizontal, and I will do the same here. :)

Thats what i was thinking but from my background it would seem flat since heat will go to the top and away from the board.

I usually leave my consoles horizontal, Mostly for a fact the general rule of thumb is a CD drive spins easier when horizontal thus making it easier for the laser to read it, Just an old thing my friend who use to work for IBM many years ago told me.

To put in disk correct way before I get used to it: horizontal. During game play: Vertical. And when not in use: Vertical as well.. 10 days!! Super hyped :D
Playing: NSMBU, Batman: Arkham City, Disney Epic Mickey, & Nintendoland. Black console.
Getting: Skylanders Giants for Wii U, White Vita bundle, Gravity Rush, LBP, Uncharted: Golden Abyss,
& Persona 4: Solid Gold Premium Collector's Edition. Gonna be awesome Christmas :-)

Horizontally flat.

As cannonshane said, you don't want gravity to work against your disc drive.

was going to just lay it flat, but I'm getting the pro one so why not use the bits of plastic.

Seems like a close race on standing up or laying flat.
I will try my best to lay it flat as thats what i want but i dont know if i have enough space where i am putting it.

Also i wonder if nintendo will sell stands for the basic model also.

Unlike my Wii, the Wii U will lay down flat.
