This has no mention of AMD whatsoever (the official GPU provider according to Nintendo) and DMP, really, a mobile GPU provider (Nintendo 3DS - PICA 200) bringing a GPU to a home console?
And also, 14nm... this guy is either joking really bad, or he doesn't really know the hell he's talking about.
