it's right side up on my pictures, it's when I make it an attachment on the website, it flips. I'm on a Galaxy S3 by the way.
If you go into your pictures you should be able to rotate them by right clicking it and clicking rotate, something like that.

You could try uploading it to Imgur or something like that, or upload the image to your computer and then try.
