not that im bothered lol, but here they are

'Durango' rumoured to have 8-core x64 processor, 8G DDR3, 12 shader cores

Documents purportedly showing the hardware specifications for Microsoft's next Xbox console have been leaked.
With only a few months until the rumoured E3 reveal of the console, codenamed 'Durango', the leak comes with a certain amount of weight to it.

The documents come from VGleaks.com, and describe an 8-core machine with 8 Gigs of DDR3 Ram.
The processor is of x86 architecture with a 32 KB L1 instruction cache and 32 KB L1 data cache for each 1.6 GHz core.
The cores are broken into two modules of 4 with a 2MB L2 cache between them for a total 4MB L2 cache.

he GPU is a custom D3D11.1 class 800-MHz graphics processor with 12 shader cores for a total of 768 threads, said to be capable of 1.2 trillion floating-point operations per second at peak.
In addition to the 8 BG of DDR3 at 68 GB/s, the Durango has 32 MB of ESRAM at 102 GB/s in a parallel bandwidth to system memory from the perspective of the GPU, resulting in a total peak bandwidth of 170 GB/s.
The console has a blue-ray player and will of course support Microsoft's Kinect motion control system in addition to Wi-Fi and Ethernet.
At first glance, this suggests the PS4 will be significantly more powerful than the next Xbox, which adheres to earlier speculation on the consoles.

I'm still treating this as a rumour.

This statement is false. The previous statement is true.

RIP in peace Nintendo.

So, this new leak put the new xbox in a new level over the old rumours? or it still in a way that is between 3 to 6 times more powerful than wii u?

Hmm.. i know just a little about these xbox specs, my first interest is the wii u, and what do you think about that rumours of the xbox having 16 core?
a final question, do you know how many gflops the gpu of the wii u have? these rumours about xbox being 1,2 tflops and ps4 being 1,8 can be truth?

yea looks to be the same amount of power, so ps4 is looking to be more powerful than all, and wii u the weakest.

Still means nowt, im still going to use my wii u, i still use the original wii, what makes a console good to the user is the games on the console that the user wants to play.

If zelda in the very unlikely event some how came to ps4 lol, now i defo would buy

These leaked specifications sound very interesting if true, as it sounds VERY similar to the Wii U, just a lot more powerful.

It implies that ports from Xbox 720 to Wii U might actually be easier than Xbox 720 to PS4. It certainly makes you think Xbox 720 is the better lead platform for multi-platform games, as its the middle console (assuming the leaks about the PS4 are remotely accurate too).

I am already set on getting the next Xbox no matter what it is as no matter how good the Wii U or PS4 get, I do not trust Sony or Nintendo to make the OS anywhere near as pleasant to use as Xbox 360 has been.

Its the little things like being able to quickly bang out a message to a friend, or start a cross-gaming voice chat, while sat on a loading screen (as it continues to load in the background then pause the game if I am not done once its finished loading), that make Xbox a better package as a whole. This can only improve with more RAM, more CPU cores and more of Windows on there to run it all.

8 cores, it has 8 cores. Wii u is probably looking at half the gflops of nextbox.

I really hope the 1.6Ghz clock speed is true as it will be a real kick up the arse for developers who moaned that the clock rate on the Wii U was too low. ;-)

The real question is, will the new Xbox have backwards compatibility? All the rumours so far say no which is going to make for a MUCH harder sell.

It is 1.6 Ghz, and like you said, it looks like no, probably because the cpu doesnt have the flops power (large majority of flops shown are coming from the gpu) to be bc with xenon, not to mention a ppc g5 derivitive is in no way shape or form compatable with an amd x86 jaguar, 360 games would need to be ported and system optimized, it would run into many of the same 'problems' as the wii u despite being considerably more powerful than a 360.

Of course they could always go for broke and go the PS3 method, stick a full 360 in there as well. It might be expensive, but if they offered two SKU, one with BC and one without, I think many of us would choose the one WITH BC even if it cost almost as much extra as buying a dedicated 360. It would be worth it when you don't have the space (or HDMI ports) to have both a new and old console next to the TV.
