Technically Kirby has never really been dead. If you're looking for a 2D Kirby you can try out Return to Dreamland on Wii or the multiple DS platformers.

As for series I want resurrected, I'd love to see another Earthworm Jim game, and Joe and Mac ( Arcade game ported to home consoles and handhelds in the 90's. An HD remake was planned, but it's never been heard from since).

Basically put, anything that hasn't received a reboot, entry or HD edition within the last 5 years. As far as what I consider retro, basically anything I haven't played within the last 5 years.

Priorities to Wonder Boy, Mega Man X, Threads of Fate, LEGO Rock Raiders and Sin and Punishment.

We already have this thread.

A mod should merge them or something.

I thought we did. Man, I usually catch on to these things straight away.

I'm getting old.

F-zero must be priority if the want to show of the Wii U's power.

Battalion Wars, Billy Hatcher and Time Splitters.

I'm hoping the new Zelda will show off the Wii U's power

Besides a lot of the games already mentioned, I'd love to see another Eternal Darkness game.

Hmm...let's see.
  • Banjo Kazooie (please, God please get this away from Microsoft)
  • Beyond Good and Evil (Because it has great potential)
  • Chibi Robo (I'd settle for an eShop release of the one they made for the DS in Japan)
  • Chrono Trigger (Because duh)
  • Donkey Kong 64 (Because this is a great game that gets way too much hate)
  • Diddy Kong Racing (I liked how this game was like an Adventure/Racing hybrid. Very interesting and fun)
  • Jak and Daxter (Because let's face it, it's been entirely too long since they've made a new game)
  • StarTropics (A very interesting series for the NES.)
And...eh, that'll be it I guess. :L Can't think of anything moar.
