Nintendo raises in my respect for them. They just seem to listen to their fans. Last month there was much comotion about Balloon Fight being in 50hz mode in Europe. Now FZero wil be available as the 60 hz US version will be sold at 30c in Europe. Bye bye 50hz.

Also, as Nintendo seem to have listened at the huge resonse in Miiverse Balloon Fight they might have picked up that other big question.....oh Mother ;)

The speed is. 50/60=83%. It's a huge difference.

Have you ever played both the 50Hz and the 60Hz versions of the same game? The speed difference is really large. It isn't that annoying for a slow-paced game like Zelda, but otherwise, it is.

But that's a PS2 game, they have made efforts to make sure it runs the same. I'm talking about NES and SNES games. They did change the PAL version of Super Metroid so that it wouldn't be too slow, and also the PAL version of SMB, but compare most NES game, Castlevania etc. One of the worst examples is Sonic the Hedgehog for the Megadrive, because there the speed is even more important:

Meh i can see the difference there and i can see why it would bother some people, but i still dont think its a big deal personally.

That's of course all right, but to me it's a big issue.

I have and there isn't really a significant difference. People make too much out of this issue in my opinion.
