About Me

Hey everyone!

My name is Auzzie Wingman.

As with many of you, I like to play video games. I also do enjoy my time spent around various forums. I have access to a Wii U, a PSVita, a PS3 and a PS4, and of course a PC. I wouldn't say I'm a PC Gamer though, minus the odd game of League of Legends or Runescape.

I am a pretty likeable guy, although I shouldn't be saying that for myself. Generally speaking, I'm all about making sure quality and friendliness is maintained here on the Wii U Forum. I literally act like a Wingman, not just in name. I don't fly planes though, not outside of games.

A long time ago, we had a Guide system on this forum, where certain individuals were tasked with making a user's transition into the forum a good one. It was a little premature for it's time, and so they've long since been disbanded. I still wish to carry out this role, so if you feel you are being treated unfairly, come talk to me however you like and I'll help you, I promise.

There are a few things on the Wii U Forums you should keep in mind. First, the Rules are something you need to adhere to at all times if possible. They are more or less the general rules spread throughout most forums, so if you are familiar with IP.Boards then you shouldn't have to worry about. Otherwise just keep to a moderate, well meaning nature and you should be alright.

Humans do not operate purely on instinct. They are have methods, cunning, and the ability to abuse power in all shapes and forms.

Humans suffer mental disability, going from insanity to emotion induced actions.

Humans do not simply bow down to others. We fight, and governments and leaders respond unkindly.

Creativity is our power. It is also our scourge.

Humans will never be at peace. We are too different. Ideals, customs, morals, everything. If it wasn't such a problem, we would have been at peace hundreds of years ago.

This is our version of 'instinct'.

The Wiimote isn't that bad for FPS. It just adds another way to play a game. This is a good thing, as it always gives the industry another outlet of gameplay. I personally prefer the Wiimote for my FPS games, despite the small selection of FPS games to play, because I know I have a very good success rate in terms of winning.

Besides, saying the Wiimote is unpractical for FPS games, or any other genre for that matter, is basically the same thing D-Pad players said about Dualshock, and what PC players said about controllers. Ergo, the Wiimote is a practical controller, a preference if you will, and therefore by no means does it suck.

Any legitimate attempt to say otherwise is fruitless. Yes, that is all it is, an attempt, while the fact remains otherwise.

WHY?!!!

I still invade the chat and make sure the game sub forums are kept somewhat active, but I just get this cluttered feeling from the site.

It sounds like the most stupid thing ever, but at least Barkis was entertaining enough for me to keep posting there regularly.

Also, I get a like a day, instead of 20.

I no funny anymore.

Nintendo needs to partner with Capcom again.
1) Potential for Mega Man to actually appear again... properly.
2) Capcom has hit a fan rut. However, they tend to be super successful with the fans whenever they do something that includes Nintendo. Take the Wii for example, not exactly a hardcore machine for third party, and then Capcom dishes out TvC and MHTri. The Ace Attorney series, which has pretty much made its home on Nintendo Handhelds (and you've also got Ghost Trick in that mix too). Then you've got Capcom's takes on Zelda among other things.
