#98235 Wii U Box Case design revealed?

The only problem with this update is that unfortunately, representatives from companies have been wrong in the past, I am not saying that it is fake, I'm just saying that we shouldn't consider it "truly confirmed" until Nintendo does.[UPDATE] We've received word from a delightful Ubisoft PR rep, Mr. Michael Beadle, who tells us, "Why yes, the Wii U box art you sent is legit; in fact, it’s too legit to quit."
I would change the yellow line.
I also agree that the yellow line should be changed, it is kinda cool, but something about it is just... weird...

1: I used to play a lot of Call of Duty, and in the games you would get thrown into lobbies while you wait for the game to start. You could change up your weapon classes, check stats, change personal options, etc. This could all be done on the gamepad instead which would be rather nice. But also the bottom screen could give you game details, the map, possibly a layout of the map to scroll through, your stats on the map, heatmaps (maps that show location in which you kill/get killed), objective locations, objective description, etc..
2: Super Smash Bros. is a party fighter, and when playing online with the next installment for Wii U I want it to feel like a party online. Custom game modes, voice chat, online tournaments. Give it the feel of a party and also give it competitive feel.
3: A few people here on the forums and myself are hopeful for a Battlefield 3 on Wii U, the uses of the gamepad would rock. Whenever you get killed in Battlefield you get a 5 second killcam that is followed by a menu, this could be changed to have the gamepad display the menu while the top shows the killcam or the other way around. Also, when in game items like the SOFLAM, MAV, and EOD Bot are activated, they change your from the TV to the bottom screen and then you can change between your character and the alternate piece of equipment. Another would be having a map on the bottom screen wut on the sides of that screen would be an option to change your equipment with the bottom screen (i.e. switching from your primary to a RPG)
4: Mario Kart for Wii U should keep the idea of communities and also have some sort of course creation, bulding blocks for levels could be done in the style of block fort from Mario Kart 64.
These are some of the ideas I have come up with, tell me yours and what you think of mine.

#93332 Super Smash Bros. 4 to be EXCLUSIVELY developped by Namco Bandai Games

Yes, that's probably how it was, and I hear it's common in Japan to put together a collaboration just for one project.
Actually no, Project Sora was formed originally to make Kid Icarus: Uprising but then would continue making games for Nintendo in the future, but the collaboration with Namco-Bandai probably caused problems with this since Masahiro Sakurai was no longer available with all of his time focused on Smash Bros..Then what was the apparent problem that caused the shutdown of Project Sora? Did they seriously only make that subsidiary for just one game?

I can name some more.Kid Icarus: Uprising, Ocarina of Time 3D, Heroes of Ruin, Super Mario 3D Land, Kingdom Hearts 3D*, Tales of the Abyss, Mario Kart 7, Monster Hunter 3G*, Resident Evil: Revelations; and with games like Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon, Monster Hunter 4, New Super Mario Bros 2, Paper Mario: Sticker Star, and Scribblenauts Unlimited coming soon. I'd say that's pretty darn good for one year on the market.
(* currently only in Japan)
Super Street Fighter IV 3D, Ghost Recon: Shadow Wars, Star Fox 64 3D, Nano Assault, Tetris Axis, Dead or Alive: Dimentions, Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D, Sonic Generations, Ace Combat: Assault Horizon Legacy, Cave Story 3D, Pokemon Rumble Blast, Skylanders Spyro's Adventure, and Bit Trip Saga.
