It is nice to see Nollog calling everyone a female simply to bait and flame, it is also nice to see Nollog decide to visit here once every few months and actually make a post.

The rules make no mention of PM"s in which I used to tell members about my website, mainly at the time because this site had a ton of database issues and problems.

It was me who actually tweeted Feld0 to bring his attention to the problems here and finally got some of the issues resolved. I've done a lot here trying to create content and topics and keep people interested here as well as creating several banners including the most recent one.

So if all you want to do is complain, moan and start a fight for no reason that's fine. You were a member here long enough to know who the Admin of the site is and could of contacted them if you really cared about something.

Almost every time you post here you do so to try and cause a stir even if simply by calling a person by the sex they are not. So with that said, bye bye.

#317127 Xenoblade Chronicles X - Costume changes for Western Release + Discussion

Posted by Raiden on 30 October 2015 - 06:44 PM

Unless your name is Jared Fogle it's revolting to see children in outfits like that. Western looks better.

Yes she is 13 even in the western version confirmed today despite earlier reports.

#316760 RIP Wes Craven

Posted by Raiden on 30 August 2015 - 09:00 PM

Wes Craven, the visionary filmmaker who defined the horror genre with the long-enduring "Nightmare on Elm Street" franchise and later deconstructed and redefined it with "Scream," has died. He was 76.

His family confirmed his death to the Hollywood Reporter. And Craven's verified Twitter and Instagram accounts carried a photo of him, with the caption reading, "Wes Craven 1939-2015."

Craven had been battling brain cancer, the magazine said.

His career spanned decades, beginning with the 1972 revenge flick, "The Last House on the Left." While a commercial success, it pales in comparison to what came 12 years later.

With 1984's "Nightmare on Elm Street," he created an enduring icon of terror with the knife-fingered Freddy Krueger. It spawned several sequels, none of which he directed until he deconstructed the genre with "Wes Craven's New Nightmare," in 1995. The latter poked fun at the earlier movies, ingeniously looping back on itself using some of the original cast members.

And then came a 'Scream' Likewise, he bent the horror genre again with "Scream," a monster hit that produced several sequels, gave birth to the "Scary Movie" parodies and lives on in the form of its signature ghost face mask featuring the slasher's open mouth.

"Today the world lost a great man, my friend and mentor," tweeted actress Courteney Cox, who starred in "Scream."

"My heart goes out to his family."

Her co-star, Rose McGowan, described him as "the kindest man, the gentlest man, and one of the smartest men" she's ever known.

"Please say there's a plot twist," she tweeted after his death was announced.

Former professor In a way, his education prepared him for a career as a writer with an unbridled imagination.

Craven was born in Cleveland in 1939 and attended Wheaton College in Illinois, where he graduated with a degree in English and psychology. He later earned a master's in philosophy and writing from Johns Hopkins University in Maryland and briefly taught English.

After a career as a professor, Craven admitted to working on "many hard core X-rated films" as he tried to break into filmmaking.

In the 1970s, he shocked audiences with the realistic "drive-in" horror film, "Last House on the Left," which was censored in many countries at the time, including the United Kingdom, and his cult classic, "The Hills Have Eyes."

Other notable films he directed include the horror-comedy, "Vampire in Brooklyn," and other suspense films such as "Red Eye" and "The People Under the Stairs."

But his career was more than horror films.

In 1999, he directed "Music of the Heart," which featured Meryl Streep and Angela Basset. The movie was nominated for an Oscar.

:( He was an Icon for horror.

#316455 Oddworld first Wii U screens

So/// what is this supposed to be about? I haven't seen anything about it before.

Odd games with odd sense of humor but puzzle platformer and they are very challenging as every move is a puzzle and a lot of trial and error. A lot like Another World.

#296151 Duck Draws Things OK I Guess

Drew a Calavera based off of Day of the Dead skulls I've seen. Wanted to draw one cause I was listening to the spooky scary skeletons remix, which got me thinking about them.

Haven't updated in forever because the last thing I drew, I'm not entirely sure I'm comfortable sharing it with everybody yet. Maybe in the future, though.

Oh, also, feel free to request drawings of stuff

No guarantees it'll be any good, but maybe the schoolmarm will hang it on the time-out freezer

#313706 Harvest Moon: Seeds of Memories Heading to Wii U This Winter

Natsume has opted to go early with an E3 reveal, confirming that Harvest Moon: Seeds of Memories is coming to Wii U this Winter; oddly it's also coming to PC, Android and iOS, which is a diverse mix of platforms.

Perhaps in response to criticism from some fans that the franchise has drifted away from its core style in recent times, the press release making this announcement emphasizes that nostalgia and returning to the roots of the series are a priority. The named 'Seeds of Memories' need to be unlocked by doing the usual Harvest Moon activities - namely running a farm and assisting the locals. The following description is an excerpt from the press release.

Old favorites return in the animal department with cows, sheep, and chickens, along with a horse to ride, and a dog to keep as a pet! Farmers will also have a new pet to take care of, but it isn't what they'd expect... It's a bobcat! The bobcat starts out wild, but as players befriend the animal, can they convince the bobcat to become their loyal friend?

Featuring cooking, fishing, foraging, and mining, players will need to upgrade their tools to find the highest-quality items. Players will also be able to participate in contests and festivals like the Cooking Contest and Starry Night Festival! Woo one of the ten marriage candidates – 5 bachelors and 5 bachelorettes – and find that special someone to make their farming life complete!

The game will be on show at E3
