A cheaper, underpowered console that people will only buy for Nintendo exclusives -.- i know it's been this way since the snes but i still wonder how long will it be before Nintendo's ips no longer be enough to keep their consoles relevant, Nintendo seriously need to make some new ips and revive some old ones, people will soon get tired of Mario, Zelda and Metroid.

Not since SNES, but rather since Wii itself. Gamecube was a bit more powerful than PS2. Much less successfull, though.

This really surprises me, I understand Nintendo is trying to win the core audience back, but the core audience was never this type of audience. Wasn't expecting Nintendo to completely disregard their morals.

I suppose Nintendo kind of misinterpreted the term 'hardcore crowd'.

Hm... I suppose.

It's all the stigma from the Resident Evil series, people have forgotten how to play Survival Horror.

But ZombiU doesn't feel like a survival horror game as well. I mentioned that before and it seems like I was right. Anyway, I will give it a try. I have a tender spot in my heart for cheesy 'horror' games and movies.

The funny thing is that despite it's merely a week until the Wii U's launch, we still have a little idea of how powerful the console is. Hopefully, some geeks who enjoy taking things to pieces will do that and thoroughly examine all the parts of Wii U's hardware.

Now, we don't want you to get your adorable little hopes up, so keep the indefinite nature of the universe in mind when we say that Bethesda's VP of Marketing Pete Hines has told Official Nintendo Magazine UK that a Wii U port of The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim is "definitely a possibility."

Hines said that Bethesda will "look at any platform" that can support the studio's games as they are designed, meaning that Nintendo's latest would have to be able to support the weight of a full port, rather than a system-exclusive approximation. In related news, the world record for simultaneous Skyrim boners was shattered 24 seconds ago as the entire Wii U community joined the tally.

Skyrim is one of the best games of this generation, if not the best. Hopefully, Nintendo will recieve Bethersda's support.
