The hardware forum especially has always caused arguments and name-calling.

Most of the mods here are based in China, so communism is most welcome here.I just thought I would post some non important forum links where non important people can discuss their non relevant Wii U audio issues, because my opinion and fully valid concern here in communism ville get's locked by Andy the moderator.

I hope its like Super Mario 3d U or a sequel to sunshine or something like Super Mario 64.
Why is he apologizing for this... every other console has to have software updates... the update took like an hour at most...
All he had to say is the update was to prevent the game rating companies from spoiling every little detail all at once and that it added to the surprise and magicalness of the Wii U experience...
Gosh I hope its not SMG3... hopefully its something new and fresh

Such lack of faith with from all you "Nintendo Fans" . They know what they are doing, this is why gaming now a days isn't like it used to be. People seem to have no real allegiance anymore and jump boat soon as the more "powerful" system comes out. Graphics and raw power don't win console wars, game libraries do. The Wii succeeded with that it set out to do - capture the casual crowed, and now the Wii U is going to succeed with what it plans to do - get core gamers and casual gamers on one machine. Take RPG's for instance - arguably 2 of the best of this past gen are The Last Story and Xenoblade Chronicles - they looked gorgeous on the Wii and were far more fun than half the other RPG's on other consoles. Nintendo will get developers on board and we will see a great system in the Wii U. Those of you already talking about regretting purchasing and jumping ship when the powerful 720/ps4 launch - go right a head - read Nintendo fans will still be here on the forums enjoying the best gaming has to offer .

To be honest I don't know why I'm responding. That said, my games are kept in a case with sleeves, so taking a hard drive or taking a case doesn't really affect my carrying capacity in any way. It's about equal. And I guarantee I can take out a disc and put a new in in faster than you can login, download your profile to the 360, browse the library and find the gameIt only takes a second and your not changing disc each time for a game change. You can bring a library of games with you on a single drive (Given the limitations to the older models), Slim 360's you can pop just about any laptop 2.5 HDD in without even using a casing. Just line the Serial ATA and power prones up with the drive and your ready to go. No need to pull twenty games with you when you can just have a drive almost no bigger than your hand. The only problem I see with the Xbox in terms of slowing you down would be the dashboard after the whole NXE update, yet that did get smoothed out a bit. It does still move sluggish at times going through your game library. However, nothing as bad a years ago.
