Why the heck would anyone want to talk over the great music and sound effects anyways?

I have to post the link as it's long but it shows Nintendo can really create a deep well thought out story and universe.

They shouldn't complain when Nintendo is the only company that I have heard of that does this? Other companies encourage YouTubers to make content of their games as it's just more promotion for them. I think he's right in complaining because they should be free to make content of any game they want and they are free to do so if it's not a Nintendo game.

 

When the IP belongs to them, then they are free to discuss as much as they want. As long as the IP does not belong to them - and they actually use it to make money - then they are not entitled to try and discuss as if they were the owners of said IP.
If it's just Nintendo or not is irrelevant. The IP, or IPs, does not belong to them.

 

That doesn't mean they can't agree or disagree with Nintendo's decisions. They just aren't anyone to "decide" what happens.
I see a lot pf people complain about this but i don't see people showing gratitude that they are making a living out of something that belongs to others.
Humility goes a long way.

 

And if i read correctly, Nintendo is letting youtubers have a piece of the pie. That's recognizing their work and importance, if you ask me.
But don't forget that this started without Nintendo's permission.

 

 

If it's not a Nintendo game, then it's that owner that has to speak up.

Whiny douchenozzle who hates Nintendo who had his fans buy console for him and is rich off youtube and knew this was going to happen tempted fate got caught and now is whining like a baby he's not getting richer. Boo hoo.

Problem is he is getting richer by whining like a baby. I'm not going to watch that video as it only encourages that behavior.

For all the hate that is talk and written about the wii u, developers are trying to get gamers to vote for their characters to be a playable character in smash when most of them have stated that they are not putting any of their game on the wiiu so why should we vote for a character that the developer thought was unworthy to put on the wiiu.

You peeps want voice chat in a game but yet we can't even send a message to people on our 3DS friends list (which still uses damn codes) and for the Wii U you have to go into MiiVerse to do so.

 

Priorities people! lol

 

I don't think it's BS. One of the main reasons I don't like online multiplayer is specifically because of voice chat. 99% of the time, it's not used for anything other than a podium for 9 year olds and immature 30-something neckbeards to scream how much they're going to do your mom, or blasting random, garbled music as if it was being played through a potato.

He's a smart idiot.

 

Tell me he didn't know of Nintendo's YouTube Partnership program?

Tell me he didn't know there was a good chance of the video being flagged?

Tell me it wasn't his plan all along to have this happen, then create a rant video like this to get more press/views?

I am so glad I dont care about these at all (I dont really collect merch, just games).

I feel so bad for the people who like collecting this stuff, I totally empathize, especially since these arent upposed to be rare out of print products, they are brand new! It shouldnt be like trying to pull teeth to buy a companies product.

I was always excited for smtxfe but seeing actual gameplay footage has just made it go through the roof, admittedly it's more "anime" than I thought it would be but that's really not a problem. The brief glimpses of gameplay look great and I can't wait to see more. This and fatal frame made the direct for me!

 

Also does anyone else think those last 2 images look very fire emblem-ish? 

I think our own imaginations led us astray a bit considering we've known about the crossover for what, two years? Now having seen it finally, we evaluate things based on our own assumptions. After watching the trailer a few times, it looks like it's going to be a damn good game. This is a big one.
