I am very seriously considering this idea for b/c of time & money.  As it is, I currently have Wii U, 3DS, and PS3 (used to have Xbox 360 also).  Funding multiple consoles takes more money.  I'm not planning on getting rid of my 3DS but I am thinking about selling the PS3 and only having Wii U/3DS for this generation.  My favorite franchises are from Nintendo and, to be honest, I don't really have time to keep up with all the systems anyway.

It's a silly thread.  Some of the questions, like "What can Iwata do once he realize interest western games and western 3rd party developers?" don't even make sense.  I have no idea what you're asking there.

It's also an arrogant thread.  Questions that you need answered?  Why do you need them answered?  And why should we scramble to try to answer them for you?  You may not have meant it to be that way, but it comes across like you are demanding that we all scramble about to make sure "Blade of Dyna" is satisfied with Nintendo's business operations.  We're here because we like Nintendo games, and from your profile it seems like you do, too.  So why are you so worried?  You're going to get your Zelda and your Kirby.  Nintendo is not on the verge of going out of business, even if the Wii U turns out like another Gamecube, which it doesn't look like it will.

People have been posting doom and gloom threads about Nintendo every day.  If you want to know what people have in response to pretty much every question you've asked (except maybe the ones that don't make any sense), you should look through those other threads instead of starting yet another one, in which you pose 10 questions that you need answered and expect other forum users to take you seriously.

Using the gamepad to switch between items would be a simple but very useful feature IMO.  Obviously it could also be used to see an overview of the track and where racers are.  

One feature I think would be really neat is solving some kind of quick puzzle on the gamepad at different points on the tracks to open up secret passages/shortcuts.  You could also have the item boxes show the spinning item on your gamepad and not stop spinning until you touch it to stop it where you want to attempt to get the item you need.

What grandpa a. knows how to find a site like this and make an account and b. has friends who don't like the Wii U and want to talk about Playstation 4?  Too suspicious for me to give a serious response.

You mean the console full of kiddie games?  I been playing Nintendo consoles for 20+ years and the Wii was a big disappointment for me.  I'm tired of all the kiddie games.  I am more excited for the PS4 than for my Wii U.
