#288593 Sony to have around 70 games at their E3 booth

Posted by Ninty64X on 07 June 2014 - 11:59 AM

Lots of good stuff here, obviously Vita Pets is going to be the e3 showstopper of this year.   Seriously though, can't wait to see more of OddWorld and Guilty Gear on the ps4.

#282853 Justice League Movie Confirmed with Zack Snyder as Director

Posted by Ninty64X on 28 April 2014 - 06:21 AM

As much as I want to be positive about this I really can't be, didn't like Man of Steel much and if the rest of the DC movies follow it's path I'll be sticking with Marvel for superhero movies. Still annoyed by that tornado scene....

#279412 Oddworld dev promises New 'n' Tasty will come to Wii U

Never played this series before. I'll almost certainly get this Day One or soon thereafter because the series seems cool and I want to support devs who think outside the box with their business model.

Never played? You are missing out on the of the most enjoyable and interesting game series ever! Definitely pick this one up, I'm sure you'll really like it!

#277506 Anyone else getting Jojo's Bizarre Adventure All star Battle?

The better question is who ISN'T getting this game. Been hyped about this for awhile, and can't wait for it to come out!

#277335 Marvel is planning on killing off Wolverine this year.

Gotta agree with everyone else, it's pretty much comic law now that whenever a character dies they're gonna come back sooner or later. Charles Xavier said it best: "in mutant heaven there are no pearly gates, but instead revolving doors."

#276379 Pre-Order the new Nintendo 64 now!

Posted by Ninty64X on 08 March 2014 - 05:09 PM

Why the heck is NBA Hang Time more expensive for the Super Nintendo and Genesis than the ps1? Seems like it should be the other way around. Also thanks for posting these, always cool to take a look back at gaming's past!

#275381 Goat Simulator: The Greatest Game Ever Made

Posted by Ninty64X on 02 March 2014 - 12:58 PM

Haven't seen a topic made for this majestic masterpiece yet, so I felt it was time to show the peak of gaming history.

If this doesn't get game of the year everywhere we'll know all video game award shows are rigged.

Currently eating a sonic blast with m & m's. Even at a small they're extremely filling.  Also that Xenoblade Chronicles mug is amazing.

Cancelling my preorder if that toast doesn't come fully equipped with bacon, lettuce, and tomato. Seriously, companies need to stop with lackluster bonuses like that.

#264243 Marvels Guardians of the Galaxy first look.

This is probably my most anticipated movie of 2014. I mean, Rocket Raccoon's in it, that's just plain awesome.

#263891 Memories of the GameCube

Posted by Ninty64X on 29 December 2013 - 07:59 AM

Oh GameCube, definitely one of my favorite consoles. One great memory was when I was supposed to get Smash Bros. Melee for my birthday and my Dad had my sister hide it in a place I couldn't find it. Later that day I was looking through our games shelf and saw it, still wrapped in plastic, hiding among the others. I took it out and showed it to my Dad, and instead of taking it and saying it was for later he told me to put into the GameCube. We spent that entire afternoon playing it and going through all the different modes. Another memory is of this one James Bond (Forgot which one) where my Dad could never get past the first boss. He kept trying for awhile and soon months later he just gave up and traded it in at the local game store. He always had trouble with those games, another time was one where you needed to get onto a train and he kept failing, but one day he made it and I remember all of us celebrating. GameCube was one heck of a great system.
