I bought the kids a new WiiU for Xmas and the game pad didn't work. there was a hardware fault that meant that the touch screen didn't work. as you can imagine, much tears and tantrums... and the kids were even worse! I took it back to Game the next day, queued for 38 minutes and then had it replaced by a nice guy in the store. Is it unreasonable to be just a little peeved about this failure and is it reasonable and realistic to get some kind of compensation? The kids had no other big Christmas present and the games i bought them to play on the console were also unusable. It really spoiled Christmas.
