Wii U crashing

I am SICK AND TIRED OF MY WII U! It keeps freaking crashing! I'm efffing sick of having to start EVERYTHING OVER on ZombiU! WHAT IS CAUSING THIS? WHY DOES ONLINE CONSTATNLY SHUT OFF ALL THE TIME? WHY DOES THE CONSOLE KEEP CRASHING????????????!!!!!!!! I have to hard reset it by unpluging it and pluging it back in EVERYTIME IT CRASHES! It crases consistanly everytime I start a session! I love this console, but these crashing and online diffuculties are making me stay away from it! WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?!
