Nintendo hate reminds me of Apple hate...they typically don't have the most current hardware, but they still have a huge, devoted following.
Haters have to hate something...last month it was Microsoft.

I don't get these types of comments...along with the "Nintendo should just follow Sega's path" ridiculous arguments. The Wii U doesn't have the graphics of the PS4 or XB1, we all know that...there's no reason it can't still be used for playing games. If you look at the 3DS, it clearly doesn't have what the Vita has, but it has the library to back it and that's what sells consoles. The Wii U needs to grow its library before people will buy it.

I just bought mine last month, but thus far it's had no dust accumulation...Super Mario Bros. U has been getting the most attention, but I've also been having fun playing old virtual games (Super Mario Bros 2, etc.) I didn't own a Wii prior to this, so I've been trying out some Mario games for that system. Soon enough Pikmin will be here, and then Mario 3D, Mario Kart, so although my options aren't huge at the moment, I have faith that the system will get regular use for some time.
Wastes of time for me have been Nintendoland and ZombiU, but only due to personal preference.

Nintendo says you shouldn't use flash drives because the constant reading/writing to the disk will cause it to fail quickly, while a hard drive will not. No idea if this is true or not.

"These SDHC SD Cards are better able to read and re-write large game file data than cards designed for digital cameras."
Huh. Are they class 10 or something? Lol
I wonder if this is accurate...has anyone ever tested number of read/writes before failure for "camera" cards?

I very mush disliked the controls in the demo....this is coming from a fairly novice gamer, so to be taken with a grain of salt. The graphics are great, but I found the whole experience rather confusing and overwhelming. Not for me, but I can see the appeal.
