It would be so cool if it was in the wii u. It could totally take advantage of motion controls and the gamepad. Now I have to buy it on pc :/

I don't know about NA, but in Europe the preorders for Bayonetta are average,in contrast to Hyrule Warriors, but pretty decent if you take into consideration that an official release date hasn't been announced yet.

Well that's weird cause it says Made by Nintendo
The nintendo adapter isn't universal like apple's, it just has some parts that work in 220-240.
that is not what I'm referring to. I'm referring to this end:
IMG_20140727_171421.jpg
This connecter I expect is the same on ALL Wii Us no matter the country, and although the power brick itself may be different for each country, they will all output the exact same DC voltage and amps as the Wii U wants.
And I was definitely not referring to DC being in the walls. AC has been used for electrical infrastructure since the beginning because DC can't travel long distances without deteriorating quickly, but DC has always been required for electronics.
The output is the same, but the adapter will fry if the volts are higher than the ones required or not work properly if they're less. That's why if you buy an official Nintendo adapter from the country you live, you'll have no problem.

I can sum this up in one word: Amazing. I don't know if you played the demo but the full version is quite different. The story is great, funny and interesting, usage of the gamepad is different and really acts like an extra pair of eyes aswell as an method for inputting the unite morphs. I was on the fence after demo but got it as a free game, playing on normal is actually challenging. It has it's minor flaws, weird camera angles and sometimes unresponsive too certain commands it's easily worth the price, espaiclly since it already is lower than say 3D world and the likes.
I haven't played the demo but I'm going to. Thnx

I can say we were lucky about wii games, but 3ds ones? Not so lucky. I had to buy an American 3ds to play rune factory 4 and SMTIV( a European release hadn't been announced when I got it).
P.S Xenoblade really rocks, Last Story and Pandora's tower could be better

I found out that Wii U power supply is universal so I went and bought one for 400SDG(40USD) and now it works perfectly.
Thank you guys so much
It's not universal. Except if you bought a 3rd party one and not an official.
Ah ok my mistake. Yeah I thought it was AC now. Be insane for anyone to use DC anymore.
Exactly ; insane. A low amperage in AC won't kill you whereas in DC will. lol

Some countries use different plugs with different voltage.
I'm not sure PAL uses DC anymore think they use AC now.
US,China,Japan and others use this
Europe uses this
Only UK and Ireland uses this. The majority of European countries use a two pole ( two vertical pins) plug. Also, in Europe we use AC.

The only thing you can do is import one from ebay :/. Unfortunately, european (official) adapters are only sold by each country's Nintendo. So you'll have to buy an american one and a transformer.

Gamepad is just fine. Most wii u owners love it. We don't want the same console just with better hardware, we want a different console and wii u is different. 8th gen should be about innovation, not about graphics, power etc. If somebody wants excellent graphics, he'll play on his pc not on xbox1/ps4/wii u.

If I were in charge of Nintendo:
1) I would localise japanese titles.
2) Cut the prices; 60€ (80$) is too expensive for a game.
3) Make Club Nintendo and prepaid cards available to all the countries that have an eshop.
4) Make HD remakes of Nintendo's most popular titles.
5)Make Wii U more powerful so it can play next gen titles.
6) Make all the consoles and games region free.
7) Make polls about which sequels people would like to play
and foremost listen to my fans!!!!!

The downloads are tied to the NNID and the NNID is tied to the console. If something happens e.g your console breaks, you send it to your country's Nintendo and they have the way to transfer the NNID to another console

Hi everybody!
I've just found this forum and I can say I'm impressed. My first nintendo console was a wii, which I've really enjoyed playing. I also have a 3ds and a wii u. I still haven't started playing it (the wii u), because there is a problem. It was a birthday present from relatives who live in USA. USA version comes with a 110 V adapter, while in Europe we use 220 V. What can I do so the console won't burn? Does the adapter have the problem or the console? I mean can the console work on 220 V? I'm very confused with this power-voltage issue.
Any help would be appreciated.
