Wii U Hardware Help
I'm having the same issue currently actually, I first unplugged and plugged back in everything with no avail. Then I used the HDMI on a different television, but again with no avail. I'm wondering if there's anything else I can do to try to fix this before I send it in, as I don't when I'll have the funds to pay for it to be repaired...

Never mind, I had the wrong resolution match-up with my WiiU, not sure when that occurred, but it's fixed now.

I'm hoping for something about the next Advanced Wars game to be confirmed, system, if it's actually coming out, release date, etc etc. I'm not actually expecting it to appear in the conference itself, but probably a producer or developer at Intelligent Systems will say something about it it there's anything to say.

I don't think even this can truly reverse Nintendo's fortunes, considering that Mario Kart's overdone now... the price drop may help, but over-utilization of ones properties doesn't exactly lead to incentive for non-hardcore fans to buy the game, as previous versions of the game exists. Although it could be good online fun just the same on a console with few large online communities...

Ni No Kuni 2
Dark Souls 2
Generally quality JRPG games and good puzzle games (my two third party genre interests to be honest, don't play much else anymore but those and some Nintendo games. I'm an awful consumer and should feel awful, etc etc)

To add to the whole Knack discussion, I believe GameInformer liked it.
The newest issue gave it a 8.25/10, pretty good really. Mind, I haven't played it yet (haven't brought a PS4 and have no intentions on doing so until Final Fantasy XV/Kingdom Hearts 3 comes out), so I can't verify anything else stated in this thread.

Here's a story I found on a blog (a political one, so it's probably out of the interest of this forum):
GameStop lowers its holiday earnings forecast
By Ben Fox Rubin
NEW YORK (MarketWatch) — GameStop Corp. (NYSE:GME) lowered its already soft earnings estimate for the critical holiday quarter, as the videogame retailer continues to struggle with weaker sales and consumer interest in cheaper mobile games.
Shares fell following the news. As of Monday’s close, the stock was down 12% in the past three months.
The company now expects to post quarterly income of $1.85 to $1.95 a share, down from its downbeat November forecast of $1.97 to $2.14 a share. However, same-store sales are expected to reach the high end of its guidance. The retailer had predicted a 2% to 9% rise.
GameStop also trimmed its full-year earnings estimate, now seeing $2.96 to $3.06 a share, down from its November view of $3.08 to $3.25 a share.
With videogame sales continuing to slide, the Grapevine, Texas, company has struggled to contend with consumers increasingly turning toward cheaper mobile games.

Looks like GameStop having difficulties, I imagine that online sales from Nintendo, Sony, Microsoft, Apple, Amazon, Steam, et al, is beating the crap out of them.

^Lament of Innocence was a great game, never played the other PS2 Castlevania game though... heard it wasn't as good, perhaps this year is a good time to try it out.

First Breath of Fire, and now Mana... what's the next RPG series to fall under the mobile irrelevancy?
