Forgive me if I'm wrong, but I thought that Rockstar was the license holder to GTA? I don't think buying Take-Two would necessarily mean they'd get GTA, just like if somebody were to buy 2K Games, they wouldn't get rights to Borderlands 2.
Again, I'm not that sure how licencing works, but it's just a thought.
Take Two owns 2k and Rockstar they are subsidiaries

Scariest man ever. He will feed your nightmares if you are asleep near him. He will eat your soul. Iwata will have to cool him down.
Never forget that story he screamed his head off at my buddy when they toured R* NY for China wars on DS. Pulling long shifts he got tired and passed out at his desk. (The dude seriously works like 18 hours out of the day..he shouldn't but does) and as they were walking around the corner and Shiggy saw him asleep lost his temper screamed the living hell out of him and Iwata was trying to calm him down lol.
To this day when I mention the name,he crawls in the fetal position.
i am so confused, please explain this because it seems kinda interesting
