today the rumor that watchdogs is not coming on wii U, revived again, because they removed it from the pdf file of wii U 2014 releases... anyway, watchdogs is not in my list in any platform, I got sick reading about watchdogs, its an old food... so I got bored very quickly, even before it comes out.

above you can check the oficial pdf info by nintendo till 30 of jenuary / 2014 there is no watchdogs, but they do have the " child of light "

I agree with the topic title, if they ever do that, its like destroying their platforms. If they make a mario for smartphones, why people shall by 3ds or wii U for it? They will even pirate it much easier.

Iwata did today!! And tomorrow is the investors meeting, he may cry there to. Lets hope they find something that works for wii U, soon. The way things go, wii U may achieve less sales than gamecube. I disagree with Nintendos policies, to reduce the salaries of the stuff by 50% AND THEIR salary only 20% "puritans" ... Those who #$#$# things up, pay less? They should have 80% salary reduction and the employees about 10%. Its not the fault of the poor employ, why wii U got less horse power than the competition does and why 3rd party companies, dont make games for it!. But I dont think Iwata gets it, is it? I am sure, his consideration is not WHY wii U is less horse powered, or WHY wii U have less 3rd party games... But WHY it dont sell that much, without reason given... so its Nintendo employee fault.. (Personally i wouldnt care about wii U power, if it had the games I want). Now my next waiting to see how it looks and goes, is the X by monolith. I hope more games like X will be announced for wii U.
From that only, I dont like what Iwata did.
a question... Have you seen the LOTR game that Monolith is developing for xbox 1 and ps4!!!!??? Why wii U is excluded!

I check vgchartz and x1 dont have good sales either, only ps4 sales are much higher... So wii U it is... The sad part is, that nintendo offered again an exclusive nintendo box. They have to step up, because economy is bad, if someone does not wish to buy many consoles, but 1... Wii U is not the ideal offer for feature games.
Lets see what happens, fingers crossed.

I personally fear that Nintendo may abandon desktop consoles and focus into tablets. But the way things are, wii U may die sooner than expected.
Wii U sales picked up though, since ps4 and x1, even if ps4 is nearly the same sales with Wii U, wii U sales are much better now.
I personally, if I was nintendo, I would do a kind of rescuing plan... Make a more powerful wii U and about the same price as ps4... Much better gpu and 2 more cpu cores (6 core)... And make a kind of an exchange plan for the already customers (like DS in the past), to turn in their wii U and have a huge refund of exchanging with the new one. Fully backwards, so it can support all wii U games... (instead of killing wii U faster).
there is so many bad news, they never stop though. I dont know... Nintendo has money, 1 month ago, I ve read that Nintendo is a more expensive company than Sony!! That says allot for a company with consoles only!!!!
Sony has Tv, dvd, bluray, all kind of machines and ps4.
