#89142 Crytek: Wii U is 'minimum as powerful as Xbox 360'

Posted by KgGamesXL on 21 June 2012 - 04:00 AM in Wii U Hardware

lol you are still confused.. it's like this

no one knows how powerful is wii u.. what we got now are all rumors.. some say weaker, same say 1.5 times more powerful bla bla bla.. but nothing is confirmed..

and this guy here said, it is not weaker... it is at least the same as current xbox OR stronger... capiche?

I wasn't still confused i was wondering at first was anyone else confused by the statement that Crytek made and I know nothings confirmed yet or i wouldn't be asking LOL there needs to be some more leaks :D

#89138 Crytek: Wii U is 'minimum as powerful as Xbox 360'

Minimum means least. Wii U can at least do everything the Xbox 360. He isn't getting into specifics because Nintendo will kill him with their ninjas.

OK thanks for clearing that up he should of said what you just told me it can do everything the Xbox 360 can at minimum power settings. Was I the only one confused by that statement he made?

#88957 Crytek: Wii U is 'minimum as powerful as Xbox 360'

Posted by KgGamesXL on 20 June 2012 - 10:27 AM in Wii U Hardware

Exactly, this is what he meant to the doubters.

Wii U power range

  • minimum - 360
  • medium - more powerful than 360
  • maximum - much more powerful than 360

Really are you sure that's what he by minimum power of the Xbox 360 because i didn't understand it at all and too me it makes the Wii U seem like 1.5x-2x more powerful as the recent rumours state.

#88747 Anyword on how two gamepads will work?

Posted by KgGamesXL on 19 June 2012 - 03:06 PM in Wii U Hardware

I have no clue how it's going to work but i bet it will come a couple years down the line because i don't think Nintendo knows how to use two tablets on the console yet and it will take sometime and whether it's because of power which is unlikely or they just don't know how to impalement it is unknown. So i would just expect it a bit later in the Wii U's life cycle and how they implement it doesn't really depend on them that much it will depend on the Game developers.

#86723 Wii U Will Feature Friend Codes

Posted by KgGamesXL on 11 June 2012 - 01:18 PM in Wii U Hardware

So is Reggie trying say that friend codes are now the username of the player not 16 digit codes. If that's right then why not call it Nintendo Network id to avoid the confusion.

#86528 Netflix on Wii U

Posted by KgGamesXL on 11 June 2012 - 01:21 AM in Wii U Hardware

The Netflix app looks pretty Good and the video is good on the TV and the Game pad but do you really think the Game pad range can reach to your bedroom because didn't Nintendo say the range was limited or something like that. But don't get me wrong if your able to do this it would be awesome this also brings to mind is it possible to play your Game in your room while someone watches TV in the living room or do think the Game pads range is to short for that?

#83735 What games do you think Nintendo could benefit from?

Posted by KgGamesXL on 04 June 2012 - 03:32 AM in Wii U Games and Software

I guess any Mature rated video games with the big name will do.

Yep because that apparently is what all the hardcore gamers want -_-

#83202 Dev talks about Wii U's achievment system

Posted by KgGamesXL on 03 June 2012 - 02:57 AM in Wii U Hardware

Nintendo Network has achievements that actually matter.

My life is complete, how about you?

I agree finally they do something useful for achievements because when i first bought my Xbox 360 i thought that i was able to use the gamerscore points to buy things on the market place or unlock in game items with it but i was completely wrong but at least through development of achievements and trophies imo it's given games more replayibility and it's helped cut down on piracy because people will be scared to pirate and risk all that time spent getting those rewards and if this is true i applaud Nintendo for do the because it will increase the life span of a game if you can unlock skins and other in game items that will appease fans of the franchises.

#82844 Scribblenauts Unlimited

Posted by KgGamesXL on 02 June 2012 - 10:43 AM in Wii U Games and Software

My friend has it on his PC, and if you look it up people show you how to get it on your PC. You may be right about every detail thing, but they are going to add something to the game.

The only for your friend to have it on PC is if used an emulator and a rom but i wont talk about these things due to the forums rules.

#82703 Scribblenauts Unlimited

Posted by KgGamesXL on 01 June 2012 - 11:47 PM in Wii U Games and Software

I am talking about not just making characters and structures. I am talking about using the stylus to draw every detail, from the grass to the trees and stuff like that. I have only played the DS version, so I don't know if the PC version can let you do that already.

PC Version? there's no pc version of the game and i don't think it will allow you to create every detail.

#82556 WiiU CPU Revealed by Patent: "Enhanced PowerPC 750" ?

Posted by KgGamesXL on 01 June 2012 - 02:34 PM in Wii U Hardware

E3 is only a days wait away. All will be revealed then!
Unless Nintendo keeps hush on the Wii U's specs like they always do.

Do you think Nintendo will release specs for the console at E3 like what types of storage will be built in and Such?

#82553 Scribblenauts Unlimited

Posted by KgGamesXL on 01 June 2012 - 02:32 PM in Wii U Games and Software

Awesome, I hope this game allows you to make your own things/levels.

I'm pretty sure it will allow you to create your own levels since all the Scribblenauts games allow you to do this.

#82550 WiiU CPU Revealed by Patent: "Enhanced PowerPC 750" ?

Posted by KgGamesXL on 01 June 2012 - 02:29 PM in Wii U Hardware

So I assume that the Wii U will be some sort of powerhouse now?

Ya i guess if the rumours are true because 2GB Ram seems pretty powerful for a console not to mention the great graphics card but i agree with what people are saying seems to good to be true.

#82539 Scribblenauts Unlimited

#80048 Employee fired for Wii U Controller Leak

Posted by KgGamesXL on 22 May 2012 - 04:06 AM in Wii U Hardware

I think it was fair to fire him because he was not suspose to take an image on the wii u controller and post it online because it must have been saved for an E3 reveal. But my blessing go out to his family and I hope he can find a new job and hopefully this time he won't leak any info.

#79244 RUMOUR: Controller redesign!

Posted by KgGamesXL on 19 May 2012 - 02:05 PM in Wii U Hardware

I think the Select and Start button is actully better where it is now, it's easier to reach.

I still prefer it where it was before because start and select aren't really used in games nowadays unless for a pause menu or something like that so it's not used competitively or anything so the change really doesn't do anything in my opinion. They probably should have left it where it was.
