I don't actually have a Wii U but I spent the day playing with my friend on his:
Nintendo Land and its pretty good. It's decent if you're going at it solo, but it's a blast if you have another person to play it with.
Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing Transformed. That game was really fun, the graphics (THE WATER) looked amazing and the controls (I only played using a Wiimote) are pretty solid. You can also play with a friend online which is a plus. It's also fun to race on the water/ air because unlike Mario Kart 7, the way you control your vehicle actually changes depending on how you're racing

I went to my friends house today and we played his Wii U and it froze a few times. The thing is, is that it only ever froze when we were playing multiplayer, online/ local. It made this weird noise so we just unplugged it and let it sit for about a minute and then continued playing. It wasn't in a cramped space either, there was room for the fan to do its thing and stuff. I hope this isn't going to be a big thing with the system

I didn't pre order. And while I'm not getting one on launch day, I am hoping that Wal-Mart will have a few Deluxe consoles for purchase between Black Friday and Christmas...probably not though

I played my Wii a lot this generation and it was fine. A few things here and there but no RROD level problems, stuff you could fix in less than 5 minutes. But yea, It's Nintendo man, I REALLY doubt they're gonna have any of those types of problems

Uh... You don't notice the GIANT white square shaped glare to the left of the soldier's hat?
That's not just some piece of paper blowing in the wind... it's a soft box flash.
Also, since the surface of an eyeball is convex, any imagery or reflection should bow along with the arch of the eye surface... The image of the soldier isn't doing that.
Kinda hard to not see these.
Like i said. Good idea, bad execution.
Uh...Ummm...I just thought that was some weird glare and I guess I just didn't really pay attention to the box art...and stuff

You're not alone greg. What intrigues me the most is to see if they offer DLC for it..it has potential to be updated more and more and be a viable game the entirety of the Wii U's life cycle
I can't see why they wouldn't offer DLC. I think it would be cool if, whenever a new DLC attraction was announced, they released a system update that makes an attraction being constructed appear in the park. And when it's complete, you can go to it and get redirected to the e-shop to buy it/ download for free ? That sounded cooler in my head...

Euro box-art breakdown:
(1) Photoshopped "zombie" layer over the "eyeball" layer... Didn't do a good job.
His fuzz hat overlaps the edge at the top of the iris. What the?
(2) The image of the zombie should be bowed along with the con vexed eyeball... It's flat. Oops.
(3) Um... I can see the studio lights in the eyeball too. Very bad.
The idea is more creative than the US box, but poorly executed.
Maybe this is just another placeholder image?
Huh...
...I didn't notice any of that stuff...I still like the EU box art better though
