idk where u live where u have to preorder for 50 bucks. i just pay 5 bucks lol

Where I live, it's 5 dollars for standard game, then 20 for collectors edition, and 50 for consoles.

To be honest I don't think it matters too much about pre-ordering, I just don't think It'll be sold out. I think even if you don't pre-order you'll easily get one.

Nintendo has announced that they will have a Nintendo Direct for Japanese people, taking place tomorrow. (Here is the site.)

It takes place at 4PM Japanese time, which is 8AM in the UK, 9AM in Central Europe, 3AM Eastern US, 2AM Central US and 1AM Pacific US.

LOL, looks like I am going to watch this at 3AM! (I have no expectations by the way, I suggest you do the same.)

It's just never really interested me...i tried Skyward Sword but returned it 3 days later because I didn't like it. Same with Ocarina of Time 3D, and Majoras Mask, and Twilight Princess...

Well...I don't like TLoZ but I think Nintendo should REALLY push the game for 2013 because of the NextBox, prob not the PS3 cuz that'll be 2014...

I was pretty skeptical until yesterdays meeting..I think we may get by with missing minimal games. *crosses fingers*

I can't survive another lockout. Last one was hard enough... Hopefully we get the majority of the season, if not all. I'm mostly worried about knowing if there is a lockout, Teemu is probably definitely done...

Get my first paycheck this week at $300.
Only about 50 is going for the Wii U.
Then I get money randomly through other ways. xD

A couple years ago I'd blow it all on this. But now I realized that there are more important things to buy, so finally for the first time in my life, not all my money goes towards games. hahaha. Proud of myself. xD

I had a Wii for 4 months before I bought my first game. xD
I was fine with Wii Sports and my rented Red Steel for a while. hahaha. I'd be even more fine with just the Wii U for a while with no games.

I sure hope for the console to release sooner than we thought! I mean, if it releases in November, they wouldn't be getting these in.

My guess is early October. (SQUEAL!)

And, BLACK WII U CONFIRMED FOR LAUNCH!

I'd still go for November. What makes you think they wouldn't get these in? Call of Duty had posters in April or May and it comes out in late november. Doesn't matter when they get posters, won't make it out ealrier

No 2k makes way better football and basketball. And Ea makes better basebal and hockeyl. Also the reason were hating on EA because they are lazy and have the worst customer service in the gaming industry.

2k doesn't even have football. They haven't made a game since '05. Madden is EA. only NFL game. And EA DEFINITELY has better hockey. 2k actually quit hockey except for the wii. They don't make NHL games on xbox or ps3 anymore. And EA doesn't do baseball, that's all 2k. You dont got it right hahaha

Sorry if this has been posted, but apparently it has been confirmed that Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed will be released on November 16 in Europe for the Wii U. So obviously we should expect the Wii U early November..?

Yeah I am still trying to decide between NBA Live 13 or NBA 2K13

I'd go 2k13. EA stopped basketball because 2k always beat them out. Unless they made big improvements, I'd stick to 2k for NBA.

I'm now just hoping for NBA Live 13 to be announced for Wii U. Also, I do like the use of the touch screen in Fifa.

EA isn't good with Basketball. That and Baseball are the only things 2k beats EA with. Haha

I agree that a lot of their games are great and will probably pick up a copy of Fifa, it just seems like their not showing the Wii U very much respect.

Well it's new. They will need a year or two to really learn how to make the games using the tablet controller, I mean, that's never been done before, I wouldn't expect them to be amazing with it already. haha.
FIFA looks good. I'm sure ME3 will be. Hopefully they bring NHL to it next year. But for now I wouldn't worry. If the WiiU really has potential, they'll figure ti out.

"MLG Pros" will be using the Pro Controller because it is a traditional controller. All the "Pro" gamers play 360 or PS3, not Wii. And the reason is because one, the controller is totally different, and 2, games aren't as strong.
So it makes sense to call it a pro controller.
Just my thought. xD

Wow, EA really doesn't even care do they. At the end of that video their still using an old Wii U controller with circle Pads and not the new one.

It's probably just the one Nintendo gave them to use, not their fault. xD
Why is everyone bashing EA? That's a GREAT gaming company for sports and non sports games...
