I wish instead of "new" they would have called it the Super Nintendo 3DS. That would have been the best name ever.

When did they say it'll have a better resolution?

In the video I saw it showed both half screens side by side and the new one looked much clearer and better. It was japanese so I assume it was showing better resolution.

I need this now!! Those ABXY colored buttons sold me. Plus better resolution, 3D angle and built in C-stick. Nintendo is going to have my wallet on lock for a very long time with all the things coming out.

I saw all this when I was playing at the job, I got so hyped and just wanted it all at that moment. Gonna pre-order today to get those colors.

YES YES YES!!! This DLC is great. So hyped for Cat Suit Peach and Isabelle. And now maybe we will get more SNES tracks, I thought MK8 was really lacking that since it only had one.

Also I'm so curious to see what Isabelle's tricks will be.

Achievements are meaningless and I rather not have them. But if they are there I wouldn't mind and will probably be compelled to get them just because it would still be something I hadn't finished yet for that game. I'd rather there be a way to turn them on or off. That way I won't have to bother with seeing the You Got Whatever Achievement on my screen.

Thanks for the response guys! The wired aspect is a deal breaker for me though as wired controllers won't play well with my entertainment setup because they would be a tripping hazard. If they plugged into the Remote Plus controller the way the Nunchuk does then that would be doable but plugging in directly into the USB port is laughable at this day and age. It's really too bad because it's a cool looking controller.

I have never played a Super Smash Bros game so I'm really looking forward to its release on the Wii U. Does the game really require that many buttons to play? It seems like such a simple game from the gameplay footage I have seen.

A company called PDP is making Gamecube controllers that plug into the Wiimote and act as a Classic Controller too so they will work with Virtual Console. They are teamed with Nintendo so I think they are gonna be same quality as the normal Nintendo ones.

As much as I like the idea of a new LM game if it's gonna be like Dark Moon then I'll pass. I waited ten years for that game to come out and it was horrible. Nothing like the feel of the original, and like someone said before it's also one of my top favorite games. The art style for Dark Moon was too bright and strange, I prefer the very dark lighting and surprisingly realistic style the original had. The new one just ruined it and I couldn't even get through the game, tried twice and it's just not gonna happen. At this point I'd just rather have an HD version or nothing at all because I doubt they will make one in the way the original was.

This makes me laugh, he's trying so hard to prove it. I don't get how people try to bad mouth games. It's all just for fun. They just wanted to get on the newest thing so they can milk a story for news.

I just returned here not too long ago and I'd say my activity is average. I check in multiple times a day though to see if any new topics or posts are up. But at the moment I'm more active on  Miiverse than WUF.

Those pictures are pretty cool. I try and bring it everywhere I can so I can get the most out of it's half portableness.

I always bring it to work since I work at a gas station and I work slow nights and sometimes overnights. A lot of the time in the overnight shift there are no customers for hours so I just plug mine in and play on the Gamepad since the TV at the station shows the cameras. I play for hours and it really helps pass the time.

I just signed it. I think Nintendo will do it. If they had several commercials with him and his daughter then I don't doubt that they will honor him in the new game.

OMG!!!! I must have that Peach one. These look very nice. Would they work with games that support classic controller, like MK8 and 3D World?

 

Also now that they are really going all out with this GC controller stuff I have a good feeling that GC games will be on VC eventually. I'm thinking probably sometime in 2015.

My friend told me about this when I came home from work last night and I was like "Yeah right, I know you're just trying to trick me". He kept going on about it so I checked to see online and I saw it was for real. I was pretty surprised to find out he was dead. It's pretty sad, I really like his movies. Never thought someone like him would ever take his own life. Depression is a strong thing.

THIS is what Re re re re re re remake could have looked like, if capcom thought the non mobile gamers who made them what they are (were?) were worth anything more than crapping in their hands and smearing it across their faces.

I remember this, I wish the game looked like that, it would be so cool. The only RE games I play now are the PS1 trilogy, REmake, 0 and CV. The rest are useless to me and I could care less about the story now too because I can't even stomach playing the games through.

 

Whatever happened about that Capcom up for sale thing, is that still happening? If so I wish Nintendo could buy them out. God would that be wonderful!

That's not the point. The point is that they are taking a Gamecube game and simply making it 1080p while not improving textures or character models. If this was a game with mostly 3D environments (such as Resident Evil 4, which they "remade" multiple times), then it would be more excusable. The environments in this game however are 2D backrounds, so they are going to look compressed and horrible. If they redrew the backgrounds or rerendered the old ones to actually be 1080p, then it would be fine. But they did as much effort as an emulator does to make games look better, which is next to none.

What the hell goes through that companies head? Did they seriously just say "hey let's do the least amount of work for one of or if not the best game in our best selling series." I mean it horsing amazes me how they can even think to release something like this. Is there no one there that fights to put actual work into games. If so he probably has been fired. Capcom could be turning themselves around with this title, and they should give it the love it deserves just as they did when making it for the Gamecube. After seeing this they deserve to go down the drain. I'm so done with them and probably won't buy another game by them.

When I read this I was hyped, but after seeing no Wii U release and the screenshots are wack I am not interested. It's sad that they are treating the best RE like this. It's one of my top five games ever and this makes me feel bad.

I think it's stupid, but for some reason am a bit excited. Mainly because Mario Kart is my favorite series and anything new is exciting, Can't wait to see the stats/hidden stats for these. I just know I'm gonna be pissing people online playing as Pink Gold Peach with that 300 SL Roadster. Lol

  
Well see that's the thing I never had to replace anything like that.
All my stuff works just fine. I had alot since launch day and it still works today.
I did have a plasma TV go out after 5 yrs when I had a 4dr warranty.
But other then that my stuff have lasted.

Same for me. I'm probably just overthinking it honestly. It will probably work 50 years from now. Lol

I am more worried about moving parts like thumbsticks and buttons. Controllers tend to wear out after years of heavy use. On other system it's not a problem, because the controllers are cheap.

That rarely happens to me. I still have most of the same portable I grew up with and controllers and they still work fine after thousands of hours playing them. It has happened to me before, but it was a PS2 controller. I probably just been lucky to have not many things stop working on me.
