This game seems rigged against magikarp from the start

 

I was trying to go by magikarp's real stats.

When I add new pokemon, I'll add magikarp back.

I came up with a new game. Here it is.

Alright so, I'll give you all a list of pokemon. Right to the names it has how much HP and how much damage it's attack can do. First, Someone calls a battle between two pokemon. The next people who posts after that gets to attack the pokemon their not cheering for. For example, If someone declared a war between pikachu and magikarp then every post afterwards would determine who would win. Like if someone said Magikarp used tackle on pikachu then pikachu would have 10 damage on it's HP. Whoever faints a pokemon, like if I faint pikachu then I get 200 pokedollars. The money can be used to buy a potion, which can refill 20 HP of a Pokemon in battle. By the way, you can only attack once a day.

They never had good gameplay in the first place.

1. Reviews will always be biased. Do not think otherwise.

2. Games like Halo, CoD and Battlefield accommodate to the tastes of those seeking online multiplayer experiences, the leading experience type in video games of the current age. This isn't 10 years ago, when less than 10% console games had shocking internet experiences. They get high reviews because they are still leaders in the most prevalent genre of gaming in the modern world.

3. ZombiU deserved a low score after trying too hard to be a Wii U game and not trying hard enough to be a good zombie game. 

4. IGN doesn't hate Nintendo. IGN just has reviewers that like what they see on other consoles compared to what they see on Nintendo's. Is it bias? Not in the sense you are seeking. Is it unfair? It isn't actually. Is it hate towards Nintendo? No, the only thing it is to Nintendo is bad luck.

5. You should know better than to use online scores as a point of discussion or argument. All they've ever done to the internet is added to the headache.

6. My current thoughts? I'm hungry, the back massage was really good and Playstation Plus is cool.

 

 

 

1. I don't know if you are too young to be making comments about 5 year old gamers, or too old to be making spelling mistakes. Choose.

2. 5 year olds don't play Call of Duty or Halo, or at the very least they shouldn't be. Most, if not all, are playing Facebook games, overpriced smartphone games like Angry Birds, or party type games on actual consoles (which is a shame because they should really be playing Wonder Boy instead). Use a more realistic age, like 12-15.

3. Call of Duty and Halo are superior to Goldeneye 007 no matter how you put it. Whether you mean the old school N64 version in which most gamers would either turn a nose up to because of the now intolerable graphics, the other gamers only willing to play because of a nostalgia trip which for most only lasts a few games, OR, the newer version that was orignally a Wii exclusive that had terrible multiplayer levels and an inferior sense of a Call of Duty clone, that had the dreariest levelling system ever implemented in a First Person Shooter.

4. Post another video on Youtube. Please.

The wii version was awful!

Today IGN gave Sonic Lost World a low score of like a 5 or something. Considering how they give games like Halo, COD, and Battlefield insanely high reviews and games like Zombi U a low score, and games like the Wii U version of Rayman a lower score then other ports I have grown to suspect IGN's reviews are either biased or bought out, or the fact they simply hate most Nintendo games. Your thoughts?

By the way none of the game you mentioned are made by nintendo.

Yes I am. I'm a mordern FPS hater so... why do little 5 year olds play crap like cod and halo when they could could be playing golden eye 007.

No question that Gamespot hates Nintendo.  They haven't given anything Nintendo released more than an 8 in the last like 2 years.  It is almost laughable, actually, because that's not an exaggeration.  If you look at their score history, they give 8 after 8 after 8 even to a bunch of games with significantly better meta scores.  I mean, seriously...they even gave Pokemon X/Y an 8.  And, of course, Skyward Sword (metacritic 93) got a 7.  

 

Of course that could all just be a coincidence and those reviewers really just thought the games deserved those scores.  If so, it's an annoying coincidence.  But anyway...IGN seems pretty fair.  They've given a number of recent Nintendo games very good reviews so their low score of Sonic doesn't really seem odd to me, especially since so many other places have given similar scores.  The same would go for ZombiU, which got low scores from a lot of places.

Ah. That kind how I feel about the wii and wii u. It's. Kids system. There aren't to many adult type games.
The wii ended up getting flooded with Disney kid games.
And the wii u seems to be going down that route also.
I have said it tons of tomes before, Nintendo is marketing towards kids and families. They are not the ones that by games tho.
They aren't the ones that go to midnight release and stand outside in the cold for a game.
That's what sells and Nintendo just isn't pushing it as that.
 
So yea devs pass up Nintendo and move to ps and Xbox.

No company can afford a failed product, if the Wii U fails, then it will paint a damning verdict of what the consumer thinks of Nintendo's latest home console and the fact that Iwata has allegedly said that Nintendo will be basing their next home console around the architecture worries me greatly. If the consumer doesn't want what Nintendo is offering with the Wii U, why is Nintendo allegedly planning their next console on the blue print of the Wii U?

 

You're right that the Xbox brand has never made a profit thus far, it has cost Microsoft a lot of money and there have been some people within Microsoft i.e. Co-founder Paul Allen who have called for the sale of the Xbox Division. Though the Xbox One is reportedly making Microsoft a $27 profit on every unit sold and that's without Xbox Live subscription and games being taken into account.

 

Where you are mistaken with Microsoft is that the games industry is not their bread and butter, they are a diverse company and don't need to be in the industry in order to survive.

 

The same applies to Sony, they are another diverse company, though you are right, Sony is not in the best place financially and will take more than a successful console to turn their fortunes around.

 

Nintendo out of the big three relies heavily on the games industry, they make consoles and games, that's what they do and if Nintendo continue to lose money then they're going to run into problems further down the line. Nintendo needs its hardware to be successful, if its hardware isn't selling then it's software won't sell either and they'll continue to post losses in the future.

 

Not even the success of the 3DS can paper over the cracks.

 

Whether you like it or not, posting three straight fiscal losses in a row doesn't make for good reading, irrespective of how much money is in the businesses bank account. It's an indicator that the company's products are not bringing in the money and that should be cause for swift action.
