#146616 Volume in Black Ops 2?

So, for NSMBU, I can plug in my regular headphones, and get game sound, but when I plug them in for Black Ops, it gives me no sound. Does anybody know why?
Next, Im looking at the Triton WII U headset ,and it seems pretty legit, but it says it plugs right into the gamepad, so does this mean I will not have audio for Black ops? Will it only be voice chat?
And my last question is, Can I use voice chat with a friend when we are both playing NSMBU? Is that possible? or is it only for games like Black Ops?
Any help with this would be awesomeee thanks!

#146587 NSMBU: The Best Mario Game Since Mario World?

For starters, its not ALL that important, but NSMBU looks incredible. The hd mario setting is just a pleasure to play. The games world is SO SO traverse. In each of the 9 worlds, there are multiple paths you can take to get places. In fact, at one point in the first slot I created, I had beaten every board there was to beat on the first 4 worlds, but couldnt get anywhere else. I was stuck. I had to go back and search for pathways, and star coins, to open up new pathways to new worlds. I ended up starting a whole new slot and got every coin. Currently on Meringue clouds. The game is not just a 3 hour affair, where u can roll through as quick as you like, and pretty easily beat it. It is somewhat dificult. You need to get the Star Coins to open up new pathways, and to get 3 on each level, is a really challenging task. Not necessarily Extremely difficult, but they make you work for it. Sometimes it may mean going into other worlds to get certain power ups, or mini yoshis to get the ability to reach a specific coin. You will be travelign through each world many times after you beat them. Its not just, Ok on to the next world, done and seeya. The world is so lively with power ups, and other characters etc. Also, the power ups are sooo fun. The cape, iceballs, mini mario, mini yoshis ,they all just come together in the right spots, and make an incredible gaming experience. On top of the incredible "campaign" experience ,there is challenge mode, boost mode etc which in and of itself, is entirely fun. I sat with a buddy last week playing boost mode for 2 hours. Just trying to beat our times, and get gold medals. ITs very addicting. So these modes give you plenty of replay value.
My last note- In thinking across the game so far as Ive played it, im up to meringue clouds, I am kind of excited to do it all over again. As crazy as that sounds, It was such an incredible experience, and JUSt the right kind of challenging, that it has me thinking I may just want to do it all over again immediately when I finish. If that doesnt sell you, I dont know what will lol. If your a fan of the franchise, NSMBU is a MUST HAVE, a no brainer, and imo set a new bar in the Mario World.

I was torn between getting a silicon sleeve or the nerf gamepad sleeve. But I guess the nerf one would make the gamepad become to big and bulky for my taste so silicon it is.
Yeah, I kind of settled for the Nerf and forced myself to like it cause there was nothing else.....seriously, the paint job is soo shotty, the colors are faded on the edges, and have black spots in them, and leak into each other on the edges.....very poor/dirty look.....and it didnt seem so at the time, but after getting the silicone case, i realize just how bulky the Nerf case was......not smooth at all.....the silicon is a tight tight grip......its a skin/sleeve, not a case.....so much better......one solid color.....and makes it look much much cooler.

So I went to Gamestop today, and a company PDP I believe put out a silicone sleeve sold in retailers ....its 1 billion times better than the nerf one.....makes the gamepad look really really good....not bulky at all....but sleek and slim......just with a color.... i believe it comes in black, pink, red, and blue.....i got the blue one......its really really awesome if your interested in getting a case for the gamepad....
heres a link

Assassin's Creed 3 is worth the money on its single player only. The naval battles are pretty fun, but I don't think the normal multiplayer want that good.
Didn't realize my thread got thrown into here lol......cool thanks.....so u don't think the mp is that good?! I'm still on the fence about it.....I've heard such mixed reviews on it......but the people that love it seem toLOVE IT

Ok whatever you say champ.....as I said....it's really not that big of a dealI think you're assuming way too much. The majority of people out there probably only have access to their own Gamepad. The number if people who can get hold of a second one is going to be small in comparison. There is no point devoting development time and resources to such a small market. Nintendo also has no control on third party developers and Zombi U being a Ubisoft developed and published game they would have to provide such support which at the moment is not worth there while. That's why the local multiplayer supports a Gamepad and a pro controller.

not really a huge difference to me either way....but you'd think Nintendo would realize that friends would have wii u's as well, and have access to more than one gamepad.....again.....I'm in love with wii u....it's really not a big deal....but I just don't see why a system can't handle another gamepad as a controller instead of a pro controller.....like for say....split screen zombies.....Not really stupid as additional Gamepads aren't available yet and of they were they would be fairly expensive. Also in theory the more Gamepads you use the more of a performance hit there will be. If and when games require and/or make proper use of two Gamepads I'm sure Nintendo with provide a firmware update as well as additional Gamepads for sale.

gotcha....thanks.......kinda stupid....but o wellNo. No game supports 2 gamepads yet. You can sync 2 to the same Wii U either but future games will allow this & Nintendo will release a firmware update to allow this

Minigames as in, Boost Mode?
Its pret standard for a Mario title.....honestly....it's not a very long game....I wanna say no more than 10 hours of gameplay total from start to finish if u just rush through it....
BUT there's a carp ton u can do in the game like secrets etc after you beat it...its very similar to super Mario world for snes........not too mention there's brand new modes that give the game a lasting appeal....one mode you have to try and beat every level I believe....don't quote me on the every level....but do it without ever touching the ground......the u can do time trials.....a lot of lasting appeal here....I never buy ba game unless its worth it.....nsmbu is worth it
