I wouldn't call a bag of doritos 'mindless fun' but I get what you mean. I also wouldn't call these games cheap because they're full priced retail games, they're definitely accessible and that's the main source of appeal but it's just odd to me that these companies can sell the same game and people still pay good amount of money for them. It's the same damn game and it's not even a good one, like you both said it's accessible, mindless fun. Consumers are stupid.

I've been playing through MGS3 again, and I keep forgetting how many different things you can do to meet your objective. I've also been playing Kirby Triple Deluxe, Pokemon SoulSilver, Platinum, and Alpha Sapphire.

If you looked on that same page, it was only claimed that it would be 50 for the idea that discs could be dual layered, but that would make the streaming of the data take longer, affecting the quality of the seamless world. Try harder next time.

I don't think that Wii Fit connected online, so you should be able to back up your data to an SD card. Just Dance could be problematic, because I believe that can connect online to buy songs. I'm not to familiar with either game, but if it connects online, you can't save it to an SD card.

Kojima doesn't really have anything left to tell with Metal Gear. He will finally be free to make other games, and I'm positive that the rest of Kojima Productions would follow him; they're his own personal MSF.

Konami really did lose something here. When was the last time something exceptional came from Konami that wasn't Metal Gear? PES is an annual sports game that gets consistently beaten by FIFA,  Lords of Shadow 2 and Mirror of Fate weren't well received, Suikoden is dead, there was a new Contra teased a few years ago at E3 and we still don't have anything, Zone of the Enders HD flopped so 3 was canceled, Silent Hill was going nowhere until PT (which was created by Kojima, now will you look at that?) and I'm not even sure if they realize that they own Hudson Soft. Konami as a whole will be fine because of slot machines and things like that, but as a games company? It's not looking too great. They will probably make Rising 2 and remakes of the MSX Metal Gears before trying to outsource the series like they did with Silent Hill. They removed all likenesses that Kojima Productions had in MGS5, probably to distance him before they attempt to keep the series alive. Meanwhile Kojima will be in complete control over what he can make.

The thing that I want to know is when he leaves, does he get the rights to the Fox Engine? His studio was the one who created it since 2008, and he's always been the person showing it off, but was that on their own time or did Konami tell them to create it? I hope Kojima is the one who can use it, because it really is an impressive engine that would be wasted without an amazing game behind it.

I wish Kojima the best, and I hope that Konami learns to regret their decision.

Ok in doing some research I found a couple things I have a theory on. Granted it could be background that means nothing or something unlrelated but for the sake of argument I have a couple ideas I will post.

Could be this gate. That small door alone if a few hundred feet tall and the outer part extends past the screen aways. So that is one but there is more
maybe the big central part of the mechonis sword minus galahad fortress
could be just a massive gear from anywhere off mechonis itself.
last one I feel is a out there idea but throwing it out anyway. One of the colonies. Even colony 6 or 9 what's left turned on it's side for whatever reason
Could be a crashed city from one of the ships that did not make it in story of XCX so that's what I think are some possibilities


I should also add me and my friend have a theory and have had since E3. This game could possibly be both a sequel and prequel. Now some of this will be a little spoiler ish but not putting in tags because I don't want this post interupted. So I will put a red line below this text to let you know NOT TO READ FURTHER.
