SuperBus? It (allegedly) is a greek name. My Old (now very old) World Civilizations teacher gave the entir class Greek names when we were covering Greek civilizations. It was pronounced Superbus (soo -PEAR- boos), but because it looked like Super-Bus, it just stuck. If you google it though, apparently it is some Euro Alternative group, but I am in no way a fan nor o I have any affiliation with them.

I was waiting to see who was going to through out the FF Series. Although I am a fan of the Halo series, I would have to say that if I combined every moment of time that i devoted to a FF title (from NES to PS to 360) it would easily add up to 1000+ hours.I think Final Fantasy Tactics is another title with ungodly hours. Threads of Fate as well.

Whoa!!! NES was the oldest I saw on here... sheesh... My first was a TI -40 (It might not qualify as a console)... essentially this was a Keyboard with a cartridge slot. When a Game was inserted you could play it... and when there was no cartridge you could write BASIC programming... save it on a cassette tape... exciting stuff!

Im really counting on these releases to make great use of the Game Pad as a second screen, like Nintendo Land. Mario Kart HD should have the most potential for that... they better not just use the pad to show a birds eye of the track.

I gotta admit, when they showed those first HD pictures of the Zelda game I was like wait wut? They're going this route? Then he said its Wind Waker being remade in HD and I was like OMG!!!
That was the one that got me too. And the new "X" video, too.
I also liked the lineup of $0.30 virtual console games.... Balloon Fight wasone of the first games i owned on my NES!!! Not one of the ones i was looking forward to the most, but what a nice way to start a VC library and introduce my kids to games i plaed when I was their age!

The Notebook.....not really, i would have to say Lord of the Rings Trilogy.

If I had to pinpoint recent movies i would say any of Jason Seagals (spelling?) movies ... Sci Fi wise... The new Star Trek movies... I think the casting is SPOT ON for those!!

Hey there Forum Community,
Thanks for being here! It's been a while since I've been an active member of a forum community, and it looks like I'm going to be a Wii-U owner within' one month of launch. Thought it would be a good idea to get involved in a gamer community with like interests that may experience the same trials I'll go through, good and bad, once I got the console.
I'm a dad of 3 (11 y/o, 7 y/o, 6 y/o) who will all probably love the new console as well, but the downside for me getting deeply involved in it will wait until Christmas, since it is a gift for them <sigh>.
Looking forward to reading and posting!

I don't think you'll be disappointed in this system... if you've only started to get caught up, be sure to check out the latest nintendo direct video. Lots of promising things in the future. So far I like this board (if you can just look past the ponies...)

Frustration =
Trying to find skylanders that were recently released for my kids b-day only to find out that they were gone 20 min after the store opened.
But.. surprise surprise... I can by them on ebay or c-list for 5x the retail amount...
Okay, truthfully I would've been shocked if the Wave 3 skylanders would have been there, but this has always been a frustration of mine, not just Skylanders though... Just haven't had anywhere to whine about it... so thanks!!!!
