Not really, because it means all the countries in the world, all trying to download updates to their system at the same time, and then the Wii U servers are just going to crash aren't they, and then people would moan...
THEY SHOULD ROLL IT OUT EACH CONTINENT AT A TIME SO WE NO HAVE DIS PROBLEM HERPA DERPA.
That's why.
I know but they could make it so ppl can buy the console on the same day and it goes online for every part of the world in some order
