Yep. I heard this from both Target and Walmart when I went to ask about it. They'll be getting shipments on Wednesday for Black Friday.

Thanks for the heads up. Any idea if the people you talked to knew the general amount of wii U's they would be getting?
They didn't specify how many they'd be getting, but I'm pretty sure there will be a lot considering they're for the Black Friday sales.

just updated again about fifteen minutes ago, it has left St. Paul. Assuming its on its way, and i'll get it tomorrow. The sad thing is,the truck will drive past my house - i live a half block from the highway, and in literally an hour and change, it'll go right past... argg
Just cuz no one cares in my real world life, I'll keep on here with my excitement. Fed Ex updated about 3 hours ago, it's at my local facility, then ten minutes later, on the truck for delivery. The local facility is half an hour away, so now I sit anxiously waiting... any minute now...
Lucky! Mine doesn't arrive until the 23rd. Hoping it arrives earlier, although it doesn't seem like that will be possible.

It all worked out in the end. It is funny that you and I were talking on the Walmart.Com thread worried sick about our pre orders, and now here we are with our Wii U's on the truck for delivery this morning.

Tough luck considering you had just received it today....
I hope you get things solved, although it was a REALLY bad idea to unplug it while it was updating. It's literally what everyone around here has been saying since the system launched on sunday.

Everything in mine came on different packages. The console was the last one to arrive (got here yesterday), but I definitely did get my remote (and then returned it to the store to get a pro controller).

I have a problem with my Netflix. I installed it and everything, it was all great until I logged in.
When I logged in, it took me to the logo and the little loading icon. A few minutes went by and then this message appeared:
"Unable to Connect to Netflix, visit netflix.com/tvhelp for more information."
I already uninstalled it and installed it again. My internet is not the problem since everything else is working.
I'm from Mexico, so I'm not sure if the service on the Wii U is up for us yet, not sure if that could be it.
Also, I chose my country of residence as the US (as well as my NN account) so I could link my console with my Club Nintendo account. Perhaps that could also be the problem.
Any idea of what I can do to fix this issue?

Netflix use geoip to block countries it doesn't have rights to "broadcast" in.
get a vpn/proxy/whatever you use to get netflix in mexico already.
Or do netflix have Mexican services?
It does. I had the service on my Wii.

I'd say just call them, maybe Wii U just doesn't support NetFlix in your country.
That's what I'm thinking. I'm hoping they'll put the service up soon considering the console was just released yesterday lol. (Thank God for importing)
