If you go to controller setting and go on change pair order, it disconnects them allowing you to then just go back. Then you can just press 'a' on a wii remote to reconnect it.
Wow, I had no idea you could do this! It beats wrestling with the Wiimote jacket.

Oh right,I belive it fixed the "freezing" problem.
Thankfully I haven't had any issues with my screen freezing, but I've noticed it can be incredibly slow.

Greetings,
I managed to pick up my Wii U first thing Friday morning but only now have gotten the time to set it up.
Anyway my gamepad is still charging after more than the recommended 2 and a half hours it states in the manual. I'm already getting impatient and due to my awful internet connection, I can see the update on top on this taking hours.
My question is:
Can I begin the Wii U Console setup while my gamepad charges?

If you can play with DA, then you'll have a blast with the gamepad.
Though I have found it difficult to use, so I mostly play with my Wiimote & nunchuk while using the gamepad for a mini map.

Definately Wiimote and nunchuk is what I'm used to from the original Wii and enjoy playing with. I've tried the gamepad out a number of times but find the analog sticks difficult to use and button layout confusing.

Do you have a link to an official statement that its been a success because as far as I'm aware there hasn't been one. Not to mention the game has had mixed reviews all be it overal quite decent ones.

http://www.vgchartz.com/game/70793/zombiu/Miverse is hardly scientific or an accurate official indication of the numbers sold. We dont know what percentage of Wii U owners have bought the game. Not to mention neither you nor anyone else here knows what Ubisoft considers a commercial success. Like I said critically its got a mixed response. Just because Ubisoft has talked about a sequel doesn't neccessary mean it will happen. It certainly won't happen anytime soon.
