I agree. I find the storyline very amazing as well!
An easy 10/10 for me.
and the use of colors... man, it blew my mind.

Funny that showed up after I tweeted him suggesting he should have taken a harder look at the Wii U, and that it was a shame because people who own that system would enjoy a novel game experience, even without explosions.
Sounds like John really had no clue what he was talking about and now has to backtrack on his comments.
or maybe companies outside of SOny have started to pay attention to him. We don't really know and lets say Nintendo and Microsoft wouldn't give him the tolls he needed to develop for next gen, then we can't really say much as that would make it impossible for him to develop for those systems. I'm guessing there is more happening behind the scenes then just fanboyism.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. SERIOUSLY WTF! Game prices NEED to go down! People can hardly afford games at $60. We should have normal price be $40 or $30 so more people can afford games. In the long run that could make devs more money. We live in an econemy of lots of poor people. If they sell games at anything above $60 I wont buy it, and if its the norm then I may just quit modern gaming in general and become purely a retro gamer.
Yet everything else increases in price? Logic? Games will eventually increase in price (I would argue with micro transactions, dlc etc they effectively already have, although if you factor in infaltion etc they still have likely gone down in price this gen), what I think is ridiculous is that people seem to think the prices should go down. The one argument people put forward is more people will buy it at a lower price, there are several problems with this statement and I haven't seen any evidence to suggest it would increase profits.

Yes, the Vita has about as many games as the Wii U.
WiiU: ZombiU, Nintendo Land and New Super Mario Bros U and some poorly done ports and shovelware.
Vita: Gravity Rush, Ragnarock Oddeysey, Person 4 Golden, Uncharted Golden Abyss, LittleBig Planet Vita, Unit 13, and a fairly large number of ps3/vita games of high quality like wipeout, playstation all stars battle royale, rayman origins, sly cooper etc.
Sorry, whilst the vita has the advantage of having been out for a considerable larger period of time then the wiiU, it does have more quality games no matter how you look at it.

im not bad at video games if that's what your saying. I just thought that the combat in monster hunter is very bland, and now I know it's built for the 3DS the graphics and small areas make a lot more sense. And maybe the reason newbies are so bad at it is because their was no tutorial and I had no idea what I was doing. And if load screens are "tradition" I'm sorry but that's a really really bad tradition to have. I'm glad they will do away with them on MH4. Hopefully the demo was just a bad representation of the game, because if not i don't know how anyone would enjoy it. But whatever floats your boat I guess.
3Dude is a blind as can be fanboy, there really is no point trying to talk about Monster Hunter with him.

Lol at all the people claiming that nintendo did all the work for off screen play and all the devs did was press a button. All this on a site where I was being told Nintendo fanboys where not blind. lol

No offense but you are starting to get rude. I find it odd that your name has pedantic in it but you act so narrow alot.
I'm starting to get rude you say, should I quote your last response and talk about what irony is to you?

I dont understand why people over 18 NEED more violent games....really...what is wrong with people? getting upset because a game doesn't kill people. people need to grow up and get their life together. make me sick how hungry people are for killing and violence. is playing a disney game, which by the way, has characters from movies im sure over 90% us "grown ups" own on dvd or blu-ray and love, really a problem???
A problem, of course not, but the lack of any strong third party support for the core gamer is currently non existent Some people also want more game experience, a more mature gaming experience does not mean there is violence. For example Journey is a mature experience and has no stabbing or shooting or similar. Nintendo hasn't really brought anything out for the core gamer and the best that they have managed that isn't better on every other system it has been released on is zombiU, a game that is so buggy at times you can die in a loading screen, incredibly short on content and variation, clearly originally designed for last gen hardware, and sold at full price.
Also it is not a NEED, it is a want, a want that has lead some to buy the wiiU and now it looks like said support is going to be minimal at best. Also as for your comment i'll reword it to suite you "really...what is wrong with people? getting upset because a game kills people. people need to grow up and get their life together. make me sick how hungry people are for not killing and violence". In any case you do understand that violence in a film, a book or game is not real violence yeah? You do also understand that people for as long as history has been recorded have enjoyed violence? If your answer to the prior two questions is yes, then i'm lost for words at how spurious your post was.

Trying to act smarmy does't make you look any smarter. Even if I did make a few errors in my post that doesn't mean you have to rub it in my face with a remote belief that you can prove me wrong. Do you even have manners to debate with?

At least Zelda,Mario, and Metroid are origional and sell. Sure beats rehashed first person shooter IPs such as Halo and Gears of War. Gears of War is a third person shooter not a first person shooter and is extremely different to games like call of duty. Just because Nintendo fanboys are the most tested of all fanboys doesn't mean they are the most blind. No it doesn't, but they often do seem to be. If anything Xbox fanboys are due to the fact they cant see a game beyond it's graphics and continue to buy a system that has an awful defectivity rate. If all they cared about was visuals they would not be playing the 360. I had four defective Xbox360s and 2 defective origional ones so I'm done with them. So.... many have not had that experience, many wouldn't have bought another console after the first one was defective etc, but you did, what am I meant to assume based on that? Plus I prefer games where you can fly around with a wing cap anyday compared to a game where you shoot a gun. Cool, I didn't think we where talking about your preference though.
I don't mind supporting a game dev that deserves my money but when they go to outlandish schemes to suck my pocket dry thats when they lose my buisness. If any one is greedy it's developers that have a fetish for ideas such as passes and download only systems.
Oh yes the greddy developer argument (rolls eyes). How dare they try and make money, you know as they so clearly force people to buy there product (another rolling of the eyes).
Thanks for pointing that out bro. Sadly some people are too dense to see that.
All fanboys are blind. However Nintendo fanboys are the most logical. I'm not saying this because I'm one. I read several arguements from all systems and I found the Ninty's to be the most insightful,on the industy more so than Xbox/Playstation/PC/IOS fanboys just sayin'.
You say your not a blind fanboy, but everything you say suggests otherwise. Furthermore, what about playstation exclusives like Heavy Rain, Ratchet and Clank, Demon's Souls, the Persona games, etc, are they not more creative then another Zelda, or another Mario etc. Nintendo is just rehashing there past at the moment with there ip's. Nothing new has been brought to the table for a very long time, and as far as I can tell only a blind fan boy could disagree.
I'm sure there will be ways around it, but they will most likely violate any service agreement you will be forced to accept to access the PSN. It may not be, it'll take time to really see, I hope it isn't, but I can't help look at the issues it presents. It will ensure the publishers more profit, but will limit the consumer's flexibility with the media and the platform as a whole. It also effects other parts of the industry, for better or worse we don't really know yet. I agree with supporting developers who make great games you want to play, but at issue is also whether something you buy is yours or whether the publisher is only licensing the content to you, and whether they are legally within their rights to charge reuse licensing fees on already purchased products.

So I guess you didn't see what I did there.
And when people say use the full power of a system, in context it's quite obvious that they are referring to getting the best visual fidelity out of it possible through optimizations and creativity.

And game rental services. Borrowing a game from a friend, buying a collection from someone once they are done with it, it still affects the end users.

That's epic...I wonder then if any of the games being released in the launch window are actually utilizing the full power of the system.
Pure opinion here, nothing more. Most people prefer the 360 controller to the dual shock. It's too small, feels cheap, and doesn't have very good control ergonomics.... In my opinion. (see what I did there?)

I don't believe in buying passes for any game bar none! The reason being if I buy a game used or not I should own the damn game and be able to use all of it's features for christ sake! Plus if a company is so damn greedy to charge me to access a game I already own then they dont deserve my money. If you still dont understand me let me make it more simple. A $40 used game plus a pass to unlock it for used play (let's say $20) plus another $30 to play the online features makes the game total $90 used! Even though the pass prices I listed aren't final that's how not good it is. I guess Sony won't be getting my money this generation.
If this happens i can see Nintendo winning next gen especially if they have all the 3rd party support. Too bad people are like blind kittens and will buy anything with Halo or God of war pasted on the cover. Microsoft could literally write halo 5 on a cardboard box and it would sell like hot cakes.

Where did he say that? im not saying your lying its just i havnt heard anything....did you read on the net what watchdogs developer has said? he said the ps4 would be the BEST of all versions,he even claimed that the pc would be behind the ps4 for a while when it comes to games which has caused a BIG stir with the pc community.
I will try to find the artical although i read it on youtube while looking at watchdog vids.

I dont think they have run out of idea's, games such as journey have shown this. Such a simple concept yet so effect. Its really only franchise games that are getting stale in my opinion, things like call of duty and need for speed etc were to me the games have not really changed much in the last 5 years or so.

Interestingly Need For Speed Most Wanted's developers has said that the Wii U version will be using the PC version's textures. Suggest that when properly ported the Wii U is more powerful than we thought.
lol ps4 could easily run crisis 3 on max settings from what we have seen lmao even the wii u is running need for speed with pc textures etc at high.

yes it is.
I bet that the Killzone demo was not real time. They can say its real time all they want, but Sony also said the Killzone 2 demo at E3 2005 was real time.
