wouldn't you instead get it for pc since its grapically better the the ps4 version and possible cheaper if you know what your doing?"but I'll be getting this on PS4. It will be the graphically superior version, and therefore the better version"

I'm sure nintendo getting most of the attention to the wiiu 60% 3ds 38% next handheld / home console 2%.That's typical of most hardware manufacturers. What's your point. Considering the Wii U isn't doing very well their focus should be 100% on that at the moment. If the Wii U isn't successful there may not be a successor.

UGG I really shouldn't have read that article as well as the topic about that article on neogaf .... listening to wispers of madness is't good for your health.I was about to agree with this until i read the article. Well, I still agree with the poster... but...
Wow... just... wow. Thats bad. I didnt realize the extent of eurogamers cluelessness until they so woefully attempted to extend well beyond their reach.
Um, they try to state the audio digital processor and arm secure processor (nicknamed starbuck by fail overflow) are among the unidentified logic units. The problem with this is that they are both PROCESSORS, and even embedded on a die, are easily identifiable as such. Simply put, they need more than well, logic units, because they are more than logic units. An easy example is the serdeslike interface processor in the lower left of the die, it is easily recognizable as different from logic units, as its an embedded processor, not a logic unit. The arm secure and dsp are likely among the OTHER processors nearby not identified by chipworks. Particularly the one that looks suspiciously the size and composition of an arm secure processor... particularly since its another arm 9. Just sayin.
Please dont look here for anything other than entertainment. This... Rich Ledbetter? Remember his name. He is apparantly Eurogamers self proclaimed 'tech analyst' yet has no certifications whatsoever in his profile beyond 'game journalist', and it is on full display here.
Look to other sites to analyze this information (trust me, they will) and from authors with displayed credentials.... more substantial than 'game journalist since 16 bit days makes me a tech analyst!'
Anyways, back to the op i quoted original sentiment...
Its good if all youve been observing is cackling idiot trolls talking about how crap and bandwidth starved the system is.
Its bad if you have been holding out for the wii u to release its latent superpowers, or suddenly double power consumption and go super sayin or something.
Its pretty much the same ballpark weve been looking at, 2-3x 360.... With some very specific strengths in the form of the == 50mm^2 of unidentified logic units (whats left after identifying shader, texture, rops etc and removing i/o's, embedded processors, controllers and ram etc. They do something, and it pertains to graphics.... I understand more now what shin en meant when they said you cant compare it to standard environments.

While this is some of the most important information we had in a long time not to mention soon they are also going to give neogaf the cpu pics as well.I am interested in it. But do you really think we need a new thread every time a new tiny little detail is discovered. And i was playing my ds while I browse the forums.

You are in the hardware subsection of the forum first off and second guess what your also on this forum talking and not playing your games and even went straight to a topic that your not interested in to post now isn't that a little hypocritical much. Its a thread for the people who live in their mothers basement and jerk of over this carp. Instead of just playing the games for enjoyment they have to sit there and talk about how good the spec's are and why its so "OMFG 13333337 M473"

It may have a cartoon look to it but the game itself is far from it like 3ddude said it has the best and most tragic version of ganondorf with what could be considered a bitter sweet ending..... all my favourite games are ugly...
like super mario galaxy 2, when I mean ugly is I don't like toon link...
Maybe ten years ago...
You knew me when?...
People just go crazy about everything because their favourite game gets bashed on...
True, zelda games are pretty good. It's just that WW doesn't appeal to me all that much.
I do that with almost every game...
I hate the elderly. XD
Yes but....
it looks too cartoony....
I like my zelda to look like OOT or TP or SS....
What?....

ALso in recent times it seems pc is becoming more user-friendly while consoles are losing there user-friendlyness .It's a common misconception that you need a super-super rig to game on a PC.
You need about 7 year old hardware to game comfortably, unless you land in a time where there's a major swing, like when directx 9 came out, but since then there's been nothing major in graphics except using them as cpu cores for flash and stuff, which isn't really a gaming thing.
I feel this will be my last generation gaming on consoles I hope it will be a good generation though.

It not actually as bad as people think , hell I used to game on the pc with an old ati 4200 (overclocked ) that thing was intigrated and ati yet I had hardly no problems with it and it played most every game and I had it for years. This is a doom and gloom thread. Anyone who thinks these sales numbers mean doom and gloom for the console are just being paranoid.
And you know this how ? Do you have some kind of magical crystal ball. You don't know any more then anyone else what the launch line up is going to be like for those consoles.
People have every right to complain about ports especially when they are of games that were released several months or even over a year before on the other consoles. Even the ports are enhanced it doesn't justify them when the same resources could have been put towards developing new games. Third parties basically took the easy way out as they knew ports would cost them less as they use most of the same assets. If they were serious about supporting the Wii U then they would have released new games whether they were exclusives or ports. Ubisoft is the only third party that has any inclination of supporting the console with new games. As for games like Bioshock, Dead Space and The Last Of Us they aren't coming to the Wii U. Personally I'm fortunate to own all the consoles but a lot of people are not so those games mean nothing to them.
Good luck with all the installation and driver issues. Also good luck with the expenditure of upgrading the components every six months to a year.
