Hello everyone.

Today i'm here for another one of cookie's famous (not here) stories. This story involves why youtube is going to die a horrible death at the hands of google, along with gmail itself.

No, "One channel" is just a small piece of it. Read at your own choice, there's no swearing or vulgar language involved- But it may be terrifying. Slightly.

So, i was doing my daily routine one day, and got on my PC.

I happily went directly to youtube, and attempted to sign in. However, this was not the case, as nothing happened- Except for a file that downloaded to my PC. It was called "watch-4143924390x9" or something along those lines. After carefully inspecting it in properties, i found it that it had...

FULL ACCESS TO MY PC!?

Yes, indeed it did. So after immediately deleting the file and freaking out for a second, i figured "It must be a phishing trick [Phishing- fake version of a website that takes your details] and researched the page, coming to a hopefully OFFICIAL youtube this time. However, i soon discovered it was not a phishing trick at all...

It was an actual feature of the website. Youtube..GOOGLE..was trying to give me a trojan virus!

Oh my god.

So i then went to (sadly) create a new gmail account, for my..new channel..

Wait, what?
So after following every sign up instruction and filling out the forms, i noticed something.

The third step said.. 

GOOGLE REQUIRES YOU TO ENTER A PHONE NUMBER BEFORE MAKING A GMAIL ACCOUNT.

This means that google must have your phone number to call you..and see what you're doing...to make a gmail account, and by extension; a YOUTUBE ACCOUNT AND CHANNEL! 

"So what?" i hear you say. "That's just far-fetched. Why would google want your phone number for /bad/ reasons!?" To be honest, i don't know. It could be anything. But..It will turn off alot of new channels. People won't even want to bother with a 15-minute long wait for a phone call from google, so google can see their phone and such to make sure they're legit.

Along with the unpopulation of small channels, this could remove new channels from ever really growing big. The big, existing channels will take hold of youtube forever.

I don't want to watch a Pewdiepie-only youtube, thank you very much.

Really it's a random channel.

Allow me to begin this on a note: This is not a story of me on Wii U forums, since i have not been here long compared to everyone else.

But i love telling stories, and so i will. Don't judge me, mkay?

Today i will begin with a short little teaser- A small short from a long time ago when i played some Left 4 Dead 2 online (PC version obviously)

It was a day like any other day.

One silent guy, me, an annoying little kid with a mic, and a slightly less annoying teen with a mic.

We were doing the passing campaign- this being a public game, none of us knew who the others were.

The four of us were doing very well, as a matter of fact- Besides the silent guy, he was terrible. Really. He just ran off the building.

Eventually, after some trial, trial, and surprisingly little error, we made it past hordes of zombies to the finale of the campaign.

A tank spawned as we collected gas to repower the generator to escape- Those of you who have not played Left 4 Dead, a tank is a massive "Special infected" which is essentially a zombie version of the hulk. With his lower jaw missing.

Of course, the primary action to take care of a tank is to backpedal like hell.

And this is where the fun begins!

The silent guy was dead, 3 cans left, the teen and the kid incapacitated (Enough damage done to them that they're on the floor bleeding out with nothing but pistols to defend themselves with) And only me barely alive- about 20/100 health.

The tank was chasing me, and decided to camp the teen and kid so i couldn't pick them up.

I made a snap decision, as they were nagging me constantly in the voice chat.

My brain thought it was a good idea to throw a molotov.

And so, it lit the tank on fire- but it also lit THEM on fire, and as they burned i got scolded and yelled at in the voice chat- Thankfully i was fighting off the tank still, until-

"You have been votekicked from the game."

Oh i see.

Why do you think i put a disclaimer at the beginning of my post saying that it's not a story of me on Wii U forums- like mournblade did.

I was inspired by how people were sharing their stories. Is it so wrong that i want to share stories as well?

They make legitimate content..Albeit they make content rarely. But they do put effort and time into their videos. They use scripts.

What, do you hate them because egoraptor and jontron have a spare channel of collabs? I personally like game grumps. Then again, it's all opinions.
