What? Those were perfect controls for the game! I hate aiming with sticks.

The only people that seem to like the controls are people on these forums. Youtube,my friends, me and anyone I have known to get a Wii horsing hates motion control.

Most of the best games for the gamecube were rereleased for the Wii (Pikmin 1-2, Resident Evil 4, Zelda TP, Metroid Prime) or even the Wii U (Zelda WW). Killer7, Resident Evil, Eternal Darkness and Prince of Persia SoT should be impossible for licensing reasons. That leaves us with... Super Mario Sunshine?

Metroid without the stupid nunchuck controls, Soul calibur 2, both zeldas without stupid nunchuck.

Don't count on it. Look at the Nes and Super Nes games up now, they can't upload most of them I assume because of some sort of licencing.

What art style do you prefer? I find they are trying to make Link look a little too feminine these days but that's just me. Gamecube link is perfect imo, I don't know why they changed his outfit so much and his facial structure.

Wow they actually did it. That was the one thing the bugged the crap out of me. The sky, water and grass  looked too unatural.

Trying to build a system that will run games on high for the next 3/4 years.

Donkey Kong games were amazing not just because they were good games but because they difficulty was good.. hard but not unbeatable - giving you a sence of acomplishment when you beat the lost world in DK 2 ect

Has anyone played the Wii donkey kong and care to share there thoughts on difficulty. I only ask because if TF is anything like super mario bros U I might just give it a miss.

also why isn't DK 1 2 and 3 in the Nintendo E shop anymore...

They are going to start making it a few months after DKCTB has came out. Nintendo know they need games for the Wii u and a Metroid is one which will sell it. I would be surprised if they don't get retro to make a Metroid after DKCTB

We all know Nintendo has had a rough few months but I just don't understand how a massive company that has been around forever did not have a kickass launch with the amount of franchies they have.

When I heard retro was doing donkey kong I got pretty depressed becasue that could mean they have not even started on Metroid... that could mean nothing will come out for 2/3 years.

Nintendo also wants to put out more mario, why? after Super mario bros u and super luigi i would have thought they would do somthing different but they're playing it very safe and it's boring.. What games are they making that will make people that don't own a Wii U buy one? I was sitting on the fence about buying a gamecube back in the day, but resident evil remake/0 and metroid prime sold me on it.. where are those types of games now.
